The apartment is very conveniently situated in the city. Everything in the apartment was as expected.
The arrival procedure was rather complicated and could have been described more clearly. Not all the photographs in the arrival described were up to date. The floors are very cold, bedside and some lounge mats would have been appreciated.

Posizione strategica, a 15 minuti a piedi dai Sassi. Negozi e forni/pizzeria molto vicini. Parcheggio interno comodissimo per chi come noi ha usato Matera come base ma ha anche girato. Ambienti spaziosi, freschi. Aria condizionata dappertutto ma non necessaria in questo periodo. L'host ha risposto con immediatezza alle domande. Condominio silenzioso.
Alcuni particolari dell'appartamento richiedevano manutenzione. Non erano cose urgenti e non hanno impattato per nulla sul soggiorno.
