L'appartamento è nuovo e offre tutti i comfort. Ascensore, salone, cucina e camere ampie e luminose con diversi balconi; aria condizionata; set di cortesia in bagno (altre a lavatrice, asse da stiro e phon che non guastano). Cucina attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici (grandi e piccoli) compreso bollitore e macchina del caffè con tisane e cialde per accogliere le famiglie (aspetto non scontato e inaspettato rispetto a tanti altri appartamenti). Un dolce benvenuto in occasione delle nostre feste natalizie da parte di Giusy, la nostra host, molto disponibile, presente per qualsiasi cosa e per fornirti indicazioni utili per una splendida vacanza. Il centro si trova a pochi passi dall' appartamento, servito su strada da parcheggio gratuito.

This was a very well appointed and laid out apartment. There were some very nice touches, like the towels thoughtfully bundled on each bed. The pictures are very accurate. The entrance and elevator was easy and accessible. As noted, neither bathroom is ensuite and one only has a tub, no shower, but that was perfect for us. The host was pleasant and responsive and greeted us immediately upon arrival. We kept in touch via whatsapp. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a great value, very clean and comfortable.
The location of the apartment was fine, although you do have to walk down flights of outside stairs across the street from the apartment to walk toward the downtown area and to get the local bus. We had a car, but parked it until we were ready to leave. Parking was a little stressful, because I had to circle the block then waited for a space to open up in a free parking lot just a few doors down from the apartment, but it was actually only a few minute wait then the car stayed in that one spot for 2 nights, no problem.
