Impianto di condizionamento insufficiente, qualche rifinitura in più come ad esempio la doccia che perde un po d’acqua, una copertura per il lavandino della cucina e un divano letto più confortevole.

La struttura ha una logistica straordinaria incastonata tra il Sasso Barisano e la parte alta della città. La camera dotata di un comodissimo letto matrimoniale e di un divano letto la rende adatta per 3 persone o per 4 persone di cui 2 bambini. Ha tutti i comfort necessari per una perfetta vacanza. Wi-Fi, cucina con piastra ad induzione, frigorifero, aria condizionata. Il signor Fedele, materano DOC, prodigo di consigli e di suggerimenti, ci ha dato indicazioni precise per arrivare alla struttura senza violare la zona ZTL. Siamo stati fortunati nel trovare parcheggio a pochi metri dalla Chiocciola nel giorno della festa patronale della Bruna. Molto soddisfatti.
