Tiene de todo para una estancia perfecta. Muy limpio y cama muy cómoda. Fabio nos recibió personalmente, lo que ayudó para una buen información del entorno de Matera El apartamento está muy cerca de la zona histórica.
Es primer piso y hay subir el equipaje por una escalera, por lo demás todo perfecto.

L'host Fabio ci ha contattato e consigliato già prima del nostro arrivo. Ci ha addirittura prenotato la visita guidata a Matera. Molto premuroso, disponibile e presente. L'appartamento è al primo piano, molto grande, 70mq, fresco e ben distribuito. Essendo in un palazzo storico (muri spessi 1 metro) la ristrutturazione ha dovuto seguire la costruzione esistente. Forse il bagno risulta un po' piccolo ma è comunque funzionale e finestrato. La Dimora Cedracca è a 200mt. dai Sassi e malgrado tutto è tranquillo. Si può parcheggiare in strada sulle strisce blu tranquillamente (10€ biglietto giornaliero) o al parcheggio coperto di piazza Firrao a 200mt (stesso prezzo ma un po' angusto). Ci siamo trovati molto bene e pertanto ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.
