L appartamento è un interrato....c è da dire che si sente umidità, i rumori delle macchine e delle persone che fanno le scale. Nella descrizione dovrebbe essere segnalato perché se vai a Pasqua come noi il freddo si fa sentire. Magari d estate è altra cosa....
