Ottima posizione in un complesso abitativo di palazzine con possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno dello stesso, a non molta distanza dal centro. Le camere, ampie, (a parte la cameretta con i letti a castello un po' angusta) ben climatizzate. A due passi ci sono dei supermercati e, a detta degli abitanti locali, la migliore panetteria di Matera.
All'arrivo troviamo la guarnizione del forno completamente staccata, rendendolo perciò inutilizzabile, e, dopo averlo fatto notare al proprietario, non si è fatto niente per ripararlo.

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns zu fünft ausreichend, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus, auch für große Autos. In die Sassi sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren, da es während unserem Aufenthalt sehr heiß war. Sonst kann man sie auch mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch erreichen. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter

appartamento nuovo e arredato con stile; due bagni (di cui uno però fruibile solo passando attraverso la cameretta col letto a castello). Posizione fuori dal centro (NECESSARIA AUTO)
non c'era la serratura del bagno principale e quindi, essendo in due famiglie, era un po' complicato. Inoltre ho trovato dei capelli nel lettone
