Appartamento nuovissimo e moderno, dotato di tutti i comfort. Dai condizionatori in tutte le stanze, la cucina a induzione, tutti gli utensili vari che potrebbero essere utili ad una famiglia per cucinare. Doccia grande, bagno moderno e spazioso. Entrata ed uscita tutto domotizzato. Proprietaria sempre disponibile.

Unica nota negativa la distanza dal centro 1,5 km quindi bisogna spostarsi a piedi oppure con la macchina e trovare parcheggio a Matera che sia gratuito o a pagamento, sopratutto nei periodi festivi, non è facile.
