Ho utilizzato questa struttura di recente con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini) per trascorrere qualche giorno a Matera. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per un comodo soggiorno e volendo c'è disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito anche sulla strada su cui affaccia l appartamento. Posizione ottima, a soli 7 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e proprietario disponibilissimo per qualsiasi necessità. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione per una prossima visita a Matera.

It was a very secure spot, with on-site private parking and walking distance to the old town. The host was very nice and responsive, even met us an hour earlier than we had intended. He told us about close restaurants, and whenever we had a problem, he immediately responded. Comfortable bed and breakfast of coffee and breakfast cakes well stocked.
There is no air-conditioning. With the hot weather, even with the fan, the unit was still hot. The Parking is narrow only smaller cars can fit. A motorcycle blocked our car’s ability to exit the parking space each day. We found the motorcycle owner by searching each neighboring business but frustrating. Locks are a little wonky. When the host shows you around, make sure he lets you work the locks with him there and tells you how to find the motorcycle owner.

La Casetta è comoda, attrezzata ed è utilissimo il parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Noi ci siamo stati anche nel 2022. Come allora di passaggio per un soggiorno in Salento. Questa sosta ci permette di godere della bellezza dei Sassi, a poche centinaia di metri.
