Great B & B

The property was just super and the location excellent with parking for guests.Rooms had great facilities and stay included an excellent breakfast too.

Comfortable, friendly and cosy stay :)

Cristian was responsive and helpful, especially when I messed up with the check in times. The location was only a few minutes walk from the train station/near the high street. The room was comfortable, cosy, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed. The heating was on for us to dry out after a damp hike and the shower worked well. Breakfast was lovely and service was very friendly. And we enjoyed looking at all the art and collected trinkets and decorations too. We also appreciated the recommendations for walks when we were checking out! Thanks a lot! 😁

Some of the fixtures and fittings require attention/ updating. Specifically uneven floor in bathroom and uneven floor on inside of entrance from outside into room 10 Sink in bathroom was a bit loose There was a leak from the kitchen sink Shower lever needs replacing Kitchen doors are in need of updating

Cosy and comfortable with terrific location and host, great value for money.

Beautiful and cosy home close to all that Pitlochry has to offer. Very friendly host and added bonus of a hearty, freshly prepared breakfast. We had the family room which was great value and comfortable for all with private entry.

It was perfectly situated, easily accessible with free parking outside.

We found out on arrival the apartment we had booked was not available. Had we known about this prior to arrival we would have slightly adjusted what we did in town before we checked in. Instead we had to go back out again almost immediately.

Lovely and very clean rooms, great use of the space available. Great central location. Friendly host, very helpful.

Only downside for me personally was the mattress was too firm but everyone has their own preferences and can't please everyone that way. Everything else was 10/10

Very comfortable accommodation in an ideal location for our planned trip to nearby Dunrobin Castle. A delicious cooked breakfast is served in a bright and spacious room. Friendly welcome too from the owners!😊

Location is perfect for visiting Pitlochry or going to the theatre. Plus parking on site. Breakfast was excellent. Room wasn't big but adequate for a one night stay.

The central venue was a positive but we wouldn't stay again unless there was a substantial upgrade

The breakfast was excellent and the cooked food of very high quality. We stayed in 2 separate nights and in 2 different rooms. The beds were comfortable in both rooms and the rooms were warm. Christian was welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel is badly let down by the shoddy state of the bedrooms. The decor is very basic and tired and the furniture is cheap and mismatched. There was a missing plug in the sink and uncomfortable, lumpy chairs in one bedroom. The other bedroom had broken wall reading lights over the bed, but there were side lights. Net curtains looked unclean and the curtains were badly hung. The pillows were rather flat and felt old. Showers in both rooms were cramped and were quite weak in strength. The rooms were adequate for a one night stay but were very below par given the price. With the exception of the excellent cooked breakfast everything felt done on the cheap.

Location is superb, immaculate garden with seating around, spotless rooms, comfy beds, linen was crisp and clean, breakfast was fantastic, host was friendly and helpful, parking available.

Room, especially the bathroom we’re small, that said the owner can’t change that and they were functional with everything you need.

Very cute B&B run by a nice family. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. The B&B is on a main road in Pitlochry so it is easy to walk around town. Having parking on site was very helpful.

Owner was very friendly & attentive. Breakfast was delicious. We attended a festival so didn’t spend a lot of time in the room however when we got back the girls couldn’t get WiFi which is a big thing for young girls.

Ask for a room at the rear.

Well located for restaurants and an easy walk to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was good.

Room 3 is a very small twin bed room with an even smaller bathroom. Not much wider than the toilet and virtually impossible to dry yourself in the bathroom after squeezing out of the shower. The room is at the front of the house very close to the main road hence very noisy.
