Picturesque Pitlochry with a perfect place to rest

Beautiful place and a great location. The bed was super comfy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and lovely touches of complimentary whiskies around the fireplace.

Everything was great - maybe a pillow alternative (they were huge).

Beautiful and filled with love

Absolutely loved the breakfast (the whisky porridge was divine), the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole were also very kind and accommodating when we booked last minute (same day) for our wedding prep location when we ran into problems with our original. Our room was also so beautiful and surprisingly larger than anticipated. The shower was warm and inviting and the king size bed sent me right off to sleep. We cannot wait to return!

FABULOUS !!!

The location was ideal.The staff are so lovely and helpful .We stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary.The breakfast is sensational ,cooked to perfection .Lots of cerals and fruit on offer but the best part of our breakfast was the Whiskey Porridge !!!! My goodness ,its amazing !!!

There is a lovely lounge to sit with music .It would have been lovely to sit and have a couple of drinks but plenty places close by to eat and drink .

Excellent, well worth a visit

We loved the location, the breakfast and our room. We particularly loved the common space with the comfortable chairs, the wood burner and a wee dram at night. It was good meeting other guests, many of them who were returning.

A little gem in Pitlochry!

The friendly and caring approach from Gary and his team was outstanding. Brilliant location and a 5 min walk into town. Clean, modern and a gorgeous lounge with complementary whiskey in-front of a wood burner, bliss! It was my partners birthday and a gift was left in the room from the team - so thoughtful and made our trip even more special. Breakfast 10/10 We can’t wait to return, thanks again!

Wonderful stay, will be returning!

When we arrived we were greeted by Gary who was very welcoming and friendly, explaining everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean! A very peaceful setting only a short walk from Pitlochry high street. The House and courtyard is very charming with the original features but a modern feel too. The lounge is a beautiful addition, sitting by the fireplace was very peaceful. The breakfast was fab too, lots of choices and the cooked breakfast was lovely.

Precisely the breath of fresh air I needed from life.

The breakfast was delicious, I liked that they wanted to prevent food waste so could select items from the full Scottish breakfast! Lots of options regarding fruits and pastries too. The room was lovely, cosy and modern but still feeling that you’re in Scotland's nature. The staff were all very polite and knowledgable as well.

Off the beaten path, quiet, wonderful staff, nicely maintained property.

The property is conveniently located just off the beaten path about a 10 minute walk from the town center of Pitlochry. The room was clean and comfortable and the host and the rest of the staff provided exceptional service. Upon our arrival, we were invited to enjoy the sitting room and have a dram or two of complimentary scotch. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was plentiful and the grounds are nicely maintained. It was truly a pleasure staying here.

For those of us unfamiliar with the specific shower equipment, a ‘how-to’ guide would be very much appreciated.

The courtyard room was spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was well equipped for a disabled person with the best shower we’ve had in any hotel.

The room above us had very loose floorboards and we could hear every move of the people above. However, speaking to the owner, faults will be rectified in the future. There were quite a a few trip hazards in various places around the property generally. We did think it was quite expensive compared to other good B & B’s in the area.

Fabulous, what a great place.

Gary was really friendly and helpful. My parrtner has issues with her knees and a poor heart but Gary made things really easy by room selection and car parking choices. Breakfast was fabulous! VERY tasty and using local ingredients. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was really comfortable and clean, wifi was very good - no issues streaming TV content. Will definitely return at some point.

Welcoming and beautiful place

Craigatin is beautiful. So clean and comfortable and the breakfast is perfect. The whisky porridge is a must for anyone visiting, I am still thinking about it a week later. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Parking is straightforward and the walk into Pitlochry is easy and quick.

The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was brilliant and the room was great. Great location, lovely surrounds and brilliant garden and courtyard. Comfy bed and the seating in the room was great too.

Some additional comforts such as a fridge or fan for hot days would be great, but the room was fantastic and well appointed.

A friendly, comfortable, romantic place to spend a special occasion in a lovely location.

The location is great, within easy walking distance of the town centre. Rami was a great host, made us feel very comfortable as we celebrated our anniversary. Flexibility on checkout time was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious. The common room was delightful to sit in in the evening.

The bedroom floor was a little creaky. There didn't seem to be blinds on the bedroom window, though Rami told us at checkout that there are pull-down blinds, they just aren't very obvious.
