Gary and co were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Suggested some walks for during my stay. Lovely cozy fire with comfy seats. Great breakfast (especially the whisky porridge!!). Would love to return some time.

Basic but well cooked and presented.
Lounge/relaxing area where we were invited to sit for a complimentary drink (whisky) hadn't been cleared following a birthday party. Consequently the self service bar area was cluttered with half empty bottles, dirty glasses etc. We could only find three clean glasses - those following us wold find none.

Our stay at Craigatin was most enjoyable, as expected. We were made to feel very welcome by Gary and the rest of the staff. We’ll be back, again!

The location and quiet nature of being slightly back from the road made for a relaxing and cozy atmosphere and there was good space for parking. We were greeted by Gary, who showed us all the facilities and welcomed us with open arms. Everything was made to feel personal and inviting and the seating area and log fire was peaceful and was always occupied by the other guests, usually with an open book or two.
For breakfast we were served by Alyx who was attentive and courteous, as well as recommended spots in Dunkeld to visit about 10 minutes down the road. Alyx was a highlight of our morning as they made sure to see to all our needs for tea and coffee and had more than agreeable patter!
The room itself was immaculate and had been done to an incredibly high standard. No complaints with the amenities or luxurious beds.
Staying in the double twin downstairs room in the courtyard suites, it’s unfortunate that the ceiling feels a little thin as footsteps and patron noise from upstairs bled through quite easily, waking us up twice during the night.

breakfast was very good. The porridge was well made, the fried eggs were perfect. Maybe a lack of options for vegetarians and vegans for a cooked breakfast.
The shower in room 8 was hard to position correctly.

Very lovely BnB situated just outside Pitlochry town centre. Had such an enjoyable stay with a lovely breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and shown around. The stay was extremely pleasant and we will be returning in the near future :)
I wish we had stayed longer, other than that, no faults at all.

Lovely to relax in the comtemporary sitting room, with floor to ceiling views over the garden and beyond, by the warming log burner.
The shower pressure might be better; though we recognise that our room was situated at the very top of the properrty.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Very luxurious. The building itself it exceptional, sitting in stunning grounds and courtyard. The interior, and bedrooms are very high end. I was so impressed. The staff are also very very warm and welcoming. It’s in the middle of the town so everything is only a few minutes walk. I couldn’t fault it.
Nothing. Everything is perfect

The Craigatin was absolutely out of this world, the rooms were stunning and we could not find fault the location was beautiful, our stay coincided with snowy conditions which enhanced the location and grounds. The breakfast was excellent basically I would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

Great Location, super friendly staff and accommodation was lovely
Would have been nice if there was a small bar for beverages to enjoy the lounge area more however it didn’t negatively impact our stay as lots of local pubs

Beautiful place and a great location. The bed was super comfy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and lovely touches of complimentary whiskies around the fireplace.
Everything was great - maybe a pillow alternative (they were huge).

Absolutely loved the breakfast (the whisky porridge was divine), the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole were also very kind and accommodating when we booked last minute (same day) for our wedding prep location when we ran into problems with our original.
Our room was also so beautiful and surprisingly larger than anticipated. The shower was warm and inviting and the king size bed sent me right off to sleep.
We cannot wait to return!

We loved the location, the breakfast and our room. We particularly loved the common space with the comfortable chairs, the wood burner and a wee dram at night. It was good meeting other guests, many of them who were returning.

The friendly and caring approach from Gary and his team was outstanding.
Brilliant location and a 5 min walk into town.
Clean, modern and a gorgeous lounge with complementary whiskey in-front of a wood burner, bliss!
It was my partners birthday and a gift was left in the room from the team - so thoughtful and made our trip even more special.
Breakfast 10/10

When we arrived we were greeted by Gary who was very welcoming and friendly, explaining everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean! A very peaceful setting only a short walk from Pitlochry high street. The House and courtyard is very charming with the original features but a modern feel too. The lounge is a beautiful addition, sitting by the fireplace was very peaceful. The breakfast was fab too, lots of choices and the cooked breakfast was lovely.
Nothing, it was a lovely stay.

A warm welcome from Gary, great view from the room, a very comfy bed and good quality breakfast.
Wakening up to the smell of breakfast being cooked.
