Perfect cosy apartment

The location is fantastic. The flat is pretty spacious and Michelle has thought of everything you might need whilst away. The biscuits and milk in the fridge were perfect for us (especially my diabetic husband who can take a hypo during the night!) There was everything we needed from washing up liquid to shower gel and even extra beauty products in the bedroom. Photos don't do it justice for how cute this was.

Nothing other than the couch was not massively comfortable but we were only using it for a short time in the evening. The mattress is firm which was good for my back but may not be to everyone's liking.

A very convenient, quiet and spacious base for a short walking holiday.

Superb location: right in the middle of town, 5 mins walk from the station, yet very quiet. Excellent butcher literally next door, well-stocked Co-op 5 mins walk away. Spacious living room, great to sit at the table looking out over the street.

Nothing major, only some little things in the kitchen. Not much counter space: a shelf to park some of the appliances would improve it. 4 pairs of kitchen scissors but no potato peeler, garlic press or corkscrew. Would have preferred one sharp cooking knife to a whole rack of indifferent ones.

Beautiful stay in a clean, well maintained property in a great location

The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well stocked by Michelle. Even little things like providing face masks was so thoughtful.

The sofa is not comfortable at all. There are metal ridges which dig in no matter where you sit, so when watching a movie we had to try bringing pillows from the bed. Not a big deal as we were not inside much but something to be considered.

Perfect central location. Side view on to Atholl rd. Everything you could possibly need was in the flat. High quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely decor. Loved it !

Really uncomfortable sofa. It might be a sofa bed ? It was not comfy to sit on and there was alot of crumbs between and on the cushions.

I cannot speak for the accommodation as due to a sunden family bereavement, we could not visit after all. My feedback however is a definite 10 as Michelle was so fantastic in our correspondence and was most understanding and sympathetic. We have arranged for a later stay in October and that will be something to look very forward to. Thank you Michelle, you are an asset to your business! x

Right in the heart of Pitlochry. Everything you could wish for in the apartment. Cosy and comfortable.

If visiting by car and in October, parking is difficult in the evenings whilst Enchanted Forest is on. All close car parks and parking on road were full on some evenings, I suggest getting back before 5 to ensure you get a space not too far afield.

Everything . Was a bit concerned going through the main door of the property where there was a smell of damp this I think is due to work in the attic space. Once into the apartment it is IMMACULATE. lots of extras really not expected for self catering coffee tea etc. Apartment spotless and would highly recommend to family and friends

DON’T MISS this “AWARD WINNING” Cosy - Homw Away From Home Property

Very well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings, thoughtful owner who even provides complementary facial masks. Great for reviving my dehydrated skin from traveling. Fascinating place located right in the middle of town, literally just walk downstairs and u r in the town centre. Just a stone’s throw away from the local “Award Winning” pie shop, “Award Winning” fish n chip shop and the co-op supermarket. 30 min easy driving to the Dewar’s distilleries for those interested in whiskey. very comfortable bedding, even the sofa bed is very comfy for my 16 year old! One can definitely feel the love, enthusiasm and passion of Michelle, the host and the lovely cleaning lady Mich was just as nice and unforgettable. if I have the chance to visit Pitlochry, I will definitely be staying here again without looking/searching any further !

The apartment was same as the name Immaculate everything you needed plus a lot more. Very modern, well located and the host was very nice keeping in touch making sure everything was ok for our stay.
