Perfect and cosy! View from bedroom window shown!

We loved the location ( near the station too which is great), the set up of the property and everything about it . It was so cosy in the morning waking up with the view out the window and the living room in the eve after we had been out walking all day. The family who owned the cottage were so kind and helpful - could not recommend them more. Out of kindness they collected us from the station as we mentioned our bags were heavy and had snow, making it hard to get to and from as easily on those days. Thank you again. We would LOVE to return if we ever come back to Pitlochry. We fell in love with Pitlochry and this little stay contributed! Please anyone stay here if can!

Excellent apartment, ideal for an enjoyable stay over New Year period.

Great location within 5-10 mins walk to all Town amenities. Kate was really helpful. All facilities you need for a short stay. Even managed to cook Steak Pie in micro/combi oven.

Great location, ideal for the town.

Extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. In an excellent location with parking on site. Bedroom was bright and airy and the bathroom bright and clean with a good shower. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Would probably stay again as the pluses out weighed any negatives.

Lounge a little dark and small with no view as the only window looked out onto a small courtyard and next door. Ok for short stays or if your not going to be in that much. Bed was a bit too soft for my old body, prefer a harder mattress, but that a personal judgement others might like it. Lastly the clock in the kitchen area has the loudest tick. First night in the bedroom could hear it and sounded like water dripping. Took the battery out for the rest of the stay.

Beautiful place to come back to after exploring the surrounding area.

Beautiful compact cottage, modern, well equipped and cosy. Walking distance to all we needed (coo op and town) as well as the distillery, a ruined castle, woods and waterfall. Only used the car to go further afield.

Nothing! Parking was a little tight at times but couldn’t expect otherwise in an old town with narrow streets.

A perfect place to stay in Pitlochry!

The property is lovely, spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-situated for Pitlochry area sites even without a car. Kate was an incredible host. We had a health issue and Kate helped us access services including driving us to an appointment and the train station. Her help was extraordinary and deeply appreciated—and that feels like a massive understatement. We can’t wait to return, stay at Kate’s property, and not have a health issue!

Lovely break with the family

Near to our son and daughter-in-law’s house where we spent most of the time. Very clean and everything there that we needed. Host was very welcoming and chatted to us during our stay.

An amazing getaway ❤️

The home was beautiful. And although quite small, every space was thought about and it was perfect for me and my husband. It was a fantastic holiday and just what we needed. Pitlochry was stunning and we were able to get around to numerous areas. There wasn't a day that wasnt utilised! Kate and her family were amazing! They were soo friendly and were always on hand if we needed anything. I loved that there were 4 generations of family all together and that both Kate's, and her parents apartments, were joined, in that you could go to Elmwood and enjoy their balcony. The bed was the comfiest thing we have ever slept on!! Never had such good nights sleep! 😊🤣 We were fortunate to spend 16 nights at the property and we will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Pitlochry was a great point to start our daily trips and fine to come back home to.

We had a selfservice appartement. There was everything in the house besite the food we had to buy ourself. Realy anything you can think of needed in a house was there to start.

The coach and chair were to low seated for me.

Very comfortable and clean property. We got engaged on our weekend away Kate and George gave us a bottle of Prosecco and a card to say congratulations. It was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Very much as expected and what I needed.

Have already commented that folding chairs provided were uncomfortable. High level position of TV not great in a small space but I am not sure if there is a better solution.

Lovely little holiday home.

This is a delightful little apartment ideal for two people. It was spotlessly clean and had everything that you could need for your stay. Comfortable bed, fluffy white towels with toiletries included. Parking space is to the side of the property which is situated in a quiet area of town but close to the amenities. The owners were friendly and welcoming. I can recommend this property and would happily stay there again

We loved every minute of our stay and this is the place we will be booking when coming to Pitlochry.

Everything about the apartment was just perfect -could not fault a thing. beautiful, clean apartment with everything u need e.g. hairdryer, iron. The bed and the pillows were so comfy and powerful shower. The host was so friendly and welcoming who offered things to make your stay better, e.g asked if we want an umbrella as raining when we were there, put a decoration up for us arriving as it was my husbands 60th when we were there. The location was perfect as not far from main street.

There was nothing we didn't like and I am usually hard to please.
