Wonderful modern apartment in the heart of Piltochry.

Beautiful flat. Many modern features and applications. Very comfortable.

The weather wasn't great unfortunately, but we were nice and cosy and comfortable in the flat. Didn't like that we had to leave!!! We will definitely be back and stay longer. No negatives at all.

Thoroughly enjoy the very stay, great wifi connection. Fully equiped kitchen and very clean property.

The property is very well situated to all the local pubs, restaurant’s and shops. Literally a 5 min walk.

Although I have scored the property a 10 I would suggest that you get the washing machine fixed as it is a miss for even simply drying things in the wet weather. Previous guests have also commented on this.

Facilities were as expected. Flat was lovely.

Only issue is we couldn't get the TV to work but could get iPlayer. There was no guide in the house but it was fine for us.

Lovely apartment

The property was comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t working when we arrived. We had been travelling for over a week and were relying on the machine once we arrived. It would have been good to have some communication about that before we arrived. We did use the laundromat around the corner which was an extra cost to us, there was no discussion about any compensation for this.

Great central spot in the town, quiet street. Beds super comfy and good facilities. Everything you need was in the property such as basics, oil, salt, tea coffee etc

Delighted to be back again!

Everything - comfort, location, peaceful area, excellent facilities. This is the 4th or 5th time staying here and it feels like home from home each trip! Also, we were helped and reassured by the owner and his local contact when we had a slight mishap on the first evening, (my fault), which was soon sorted out!

Nothing - though my friend suggested that perhaps a grab rail over the wall above the bath might help someone with lesser mobility.

Very roomy comfortable and practical apartment on grade with adjacent parking.

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable, with all the appliances you could want and two bathrooms including a bath. Being on ground level with parking nearby was very handy.

Very comfortable accommodation, good location with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely walks accessible in and around Pitlochry, the Dam Visitors Centre and Festival Theatre are worth visiting. I had a query which was responded to very quickly by the host.

No instructions with directions to the property or the key safe number provided in advance, I had to phone but the host phoned back very promptly.

Overall, the flat is very well presented and its facilities cater for a relaxing self-catering stay in Pitlochry.

The bed dimensions are inaccurately presented in the description on Booking.com. I specifically booked for an extra-large bed (Queen size), but the needs are King size. Might seem a minor complaint, but it is our primary booking criteria.
