Easy location and on the ground floor which made it easy to get to with luggage and children. Very quiet for being right in Paris. The host was incredibly responsive when we didn’t receive instructions from booking.com on how to get in through the gates.

Loved the location and how big the property was for 5 people to stay in. They provided a lot of items that made it a great stay
the mattress in both bedroom were very uncomfortable to sleep on - they need to be changed as you would just sink

Location
It was dusty, had spider webs and cockroaches. The washing machine was leaking and you can tell the place was not cleaned well. So much dust in the closet.
