Spacious, well located with comprehensive facilities and well air conditioned during a 36C+ heat wave
It was all good (some ants also wanted to join us but this wasn’t a major problem)

Easy location and on the ground floor which made it easy to get to with luggage and children. Very quiet for being right in Paris. The host was incredibly responsive when we didn’t receive instructions from booking.com on how to get in through the gates.
Nothing, the apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for our family stay.

Location
It was dusty, had spider webs and cockroaches. The washing machine was leaking and you can tell the place was not cleaned well. So much dust in the closet.
