About this apartment rental

The Space:
This luminous apartment entirely air-conditioned can welcome up to 6 travelers.
It is a modern apartment with a lot of style.
The open kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious French dishes.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a ensuite shower and toilet.
Elevator access up until the 5th floor and a flight of stairs to the 6th floor.
Pets are allowed upon request and will have a pet fee as we need to steam clean the apartment after departure.
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.
The Neighborhood:
One minute away from the Saint Germain Boulevard, you will have a lot of choices for bars, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. The apartment is walking distance from Odéon, Luxembourg garden and Orsay museum.

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

Great location. My family enjoyed the weekend. The only downside are the stairs. The apartment is on the sixth floor and there is an elevator/lift that only goes to the fifth floor. So it’s fine for young folks, but might be tough for older guest. Overall it was a great experience.

The apartment is roomy, the master shower is very good. Everything necessary was provided, except maybe a kitchen towel to dry glasses. Heating was nice, as it was cool in the beginning of May. Not everyone will appreciate the walk up to the top floor, but I walked RC to 6 each time so was good for me, I like the exercise. Very well located, I walked to numerous Michelin starred restaurants.
