Wonderful, centrally located apartment in the 6th

The apartment was perfect for our last few days in Paris. We were provided very easy instructions to access the keys and enter the space. The location in St Germain is fantastic and was an easy access to point to everywhere we wanted to visit with metro, bus, or taxis right outside the main door. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom size is great for multiple people and includes a separate water closet / toilet room. We loved having a little extra space to spread out after being in small hotel rooms the first part of our trip. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge, but it seemed to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Fantastic location, close to metro, buses, shops cafes and within walking distance of the many Paris sight seeing attractions!…Apartment very clean.

Maybe on our first night it took a few minutes to figure out how to use sofa bed !

Perfect for 4 adults, great location with lots of restaurants and metro station nearby

Easy to get keys once we arrived

Difficult to operate the radiators, we were able to get one to work which was enough to heat the entire apartment if we didn’t close the bedroom doors at night. Also missing a cutting board in the kitchen which would have been helpful to cut baguettes that we ate daily

Great location, cozy quarters

Location was great. We felt safe. Staff was easy to get in touch with. The shower is really nice, hot water always available.

Kitchen was missing some key items, making it difficult to truly prepare meals in the apartment. No cutting board, no spatula, only one large pot, which seemed excessive for boiling a few eggs.

Good apartment for Paris standard

Very good location with good size for 4 adults + 1 child (10 years old) occupancy for a weekend. As per Paris standards, dining living space is fairy reasonable. Good water pressure and enough hot water sippy for shower for all. Rather larger size shower space for Paris. 2 sinks bathroom was handy.

Very late check in time (5pm). Check out time is 10am, so compare to standard Air Bnb / self catering properties it is extremely long cleaning hours considering they sent you a message from owner to put all dishes in dishwasher and run (only 1 tablet provided), and also asked to put all rubbish out to communal rubbish bin outside. (To be fair you are allowed to leave your bag after noon on the check in date.) It is a management company owned property and one of many apartments they manage - so not much room for negotiations and communication is rather less personal. But considering locations and size of the property it still is a good Paris accommodation.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean apartment.

Location of this apartment is excellent with supermarket, restaurants and bakery nearby. Quiet, safe and clean apartment. Subways nearby and bus stops just outside the apartment. The size of the apartment though is small but is just nice for 4 adults. The 2 bedroom is a little small but still ok.

The furniture and flooring is a little old but it does not bother us.

Disappointing

location was incredible. You cant fault the easy access to many of the touristy sites of Paris. But also a very clean and well to do area. No poverty in this location.

The unit was too small for a family. We got the impression from online it would take 6 people at a push but still comfy. it didnt. it is very small. 4 max for comfort. The shower plug was blocked the first day we arrived. no one could shower, and at 33 degrees we needed showers! very frustrating. the ydid fix it the next day but i cant help but thin k the cleaners would have known this the day before we took over. A sink plug was also blocked. The portable air-con unit was very poor. We had to have it running full blast 24/7 and could not get it to drop the temperature below 24 degrees. Very unpleasant in the muggy conditions. No instructions on how to run the washing machine. When you dont speak french or cant read, this was difficult. Lastly, this unit is managed by a third party. Difficult and very impersonal. Never met them, everything was by message. one reply when requesting some info was simply "Nope". To put this into context, This is the 7th place of accommodation on this family holiday. 6 have been excellent but this one was a real let down. Lots of areas they can improve.

great location, all public transportation very near, washing machine and dryer, comfortable mattress, espresso maker (nespresso compatible) Easy check-in instructions. The host was very responsive.

dish washer not working very well, no hangers/closet to hang clothes (but shelves available) Given this is Paris, these are minor points, would stay here again.

Location

Check-in only from 5pm and check out at 10am. They give themselves 7 hours to change the sheets and towels, because they cannot even take out the trash (they ask guests to do it). In our case they didn't touch the room until 4.30pm. Host forces the guests to use external links to block damage deposit. I would understand it if the furniture was new and nice but it's old and weary.

The Location and comfort of the apartment was exceptional!

Seemingly very thin walls and very noisy neighbours who were banging doors, cupboards etc and talking very loudly late into the night. This is our only negative about this apartment other than that we absolutely loved it. But for our children and My husband and I trying to sleep it was a problem.

Very poor

The property is run down - dirty curtains, mould in bathroom, paint coming off walls, broken door handle and the worst part is you can’t sleep. You can hear your neighbours upstairs and next door. You can hear their entire conversations and when they’re walking it sounds like elephants.

Apartament bardzo przyjemny, bardzo czysto i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Lokalizacja w sam raz, wszystkie najważniejsze miejsca w zasięgu 30 min spacerem . Personel bardzo miły , pozwolono nam zostawić rzeczy wcześniej niż od godz . Zameldowania. Polecam i jeszcze tam wrócimy :))

Super Lage der Wohnung, trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Zimmer. 5 min zu Metro, Bus vor der Türe. Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt ist. Sehr einfache "Übergabe der Wohnung" mit Code beim Eingang und Schlüsselkasten.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ein wenig dunkel. Kann hellhörig zu Nachbarn sein.

Faltaron algunos elementos en la cocina: sacacorchos (estaba roto), abrelatas No había donde guardar la ropa, ni los equipajes. Muy poco espacio para 5 pasajeros---
