Spacious 2BR Flat with Balcony in Montparnasse

Big enough for 7 of us, we had towels and kitchen was equiped, even salt sugar and oil was provided. Getting the key to the apartment was fun, we let the kids to discover it. It was a bit interesting :)

The location of the property was excellent, transport connections were superb and the property was spacious

I would like to share some feedback regarding our check‑in experience. We would have appreciated a smoother and more standard process. The key collection felt quite unusual — almost like a treasure hunt — as it was kept in a lockbox under a bench over a footpath, behind the building and off the road. We are not sure why such an arrangement was necessary. Additionally, the response time could be improved. For example, it took multiple follow‑ups to receive a simple WiFi password, which ideally should be included in the check‑in instructions or manual in advance. Considering the price paid, it would also be helpful if the apartment had provisions for basic essentials such as extra toilet paper, garbage bags, sugar, etc. Lastly, the AC window seal needs proper fitting as it is currently not aligned well and the windows stay open. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you
