The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful with every request. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly enjoyed our stay

Self check-in with pass-code access, location.

Unclear check-in instructions. Pictures were missing and directions were not clear. They apartment lacks of many basis amenities such as hangers (only 2 pieces provided for 2 bedroom), umbrella, cotton buds etc and it was almost impossible to contact the host throughout the stay. it was also with poor response from apartment host. We tried to contact them about late check-out (paid) since before arrival but they only informed that late check-out can be offered only the day of departure and even though we paid in advance, it will be then refunded in case late check-out is not possible. I tried to contact them a day in advance and even multiple emails, messages but there was no reply till departure time was passed and we had to leave the apartment and they replied that it was not possible due to the cleaning schedule was made.

There is not much to like. There were plenty of towels available.

Not a great location. Close to a metro stop but that stop doesn’t go anywhere a visitor would want to go. The place isn’t well thought out. Furniture is old and stained. Loud and busy road out front. No AC.

Perfect location and friendly/helpful staff

Great location. Modern apartment. Stocked kitchen. Great facilities. Bed was comfortable. Staff were great with check in information and providing any information requested before arrival. Right near a metro station.

There were quite a lot of ants on the floor which seemed to be coming from underneath the skirting boards which wasn’t great. A security deposit of €500 was requested before check in which wasn’t expected and seemed a little steep but this was back in my account up to 7 days after check out as advised.

The room was well cleaned. The television and WiFi were good. The kitchenette was serviceable. The bathroom was fine.

The contact number did not work. Instructions were ambiguous or in error. It was impossible to contact anyone for help. The space for clothing and storage was inadequate. The space was cramped.

It was a very pleasant stay and good value for the money

The property is very nice, cosy, sunny and spacious apartment that includes everything that you need. I stayed with my two kids and it was very comfortable. The location is also great right across Le bon Marche and bus stop.

After taking a shower there was a terrible smell and it didn't go away untill we left. There was complimentary car transfer to and from the airport, we arranged the first one with no problem but for the return the given link asked for the fee and the flight was the next day. When I contacted the property they couldn't do anything since their manager works till 18.00. So I recommend to arrange all prior to arrival

There were bedbugs and their stains on the mattress.

There were dark spots on the mattress and I was stung by a bedbugs. Now I’m dealing with bedbugs back home, after staying in this accommodation. Cannot recommend.

Excellent location and size of the flat, shame for the noise.

The location was amazing, size of the flat was very good for a family and having 2 bathrooms was really nice.

The building was in the middle of refurbishment, with people working right in front of the bedroom window at 8am. The metro line goes right below the flat and can be noisy. Some things were not working in the flat and were not fixed (table was wobbly, dishwasher couldn’t be fully open).

La situation du logement, quartier agréable et bien desservi par les transports. Le logement était propre.

A notre arrivée la fenêtre donnant sur une cour alors que le logement est au rez-de-chaussée ne fermait pas. Ce qui n'est pas acceptable. Le plafond est en mauvais état, il semble qu'il y ait eu un dégât des eaux dans le logement au dessus.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de découvrir un studio au fond d'une cour plutôt sale, au RDC, bruyante le matin à 8h30( marteau piqueur ) avec une vue sur une façade plutôt minable alors qu'il est noté une vue sur la ville. 地點真的非常便利, 樓下是公車站牌, 地鐵站走路5分鐘. 2間大型超市2分鐘路程. 如果你是在乎地點的便利性和環境的安全, 這絕對是一個很不錯的選擇~ PS. 我們住5樓, 窗外可以看到1/4支巴黎鐵塔~ 太幸運了

1. 我可以接受巴黎老公寓樓梯和電梯小, 但是這間公寓的樓梯是旋轉梯, 寬度只有大約90cm. 電梯更是迷你 50x100cm. 我完全可以理解為什麼房東沒有在網站上提供樓梯和電梯的資訊. 2. 樓梯電燈壞了, 我只能用手電筒. 3. 如果下大雨, 密閉的窗戶會漏水(老窗戶... ). 4. 公寓沒有冷氣!! 網站上照片有冷氣, 實際上並不是每間公寓都有配置冷氣但有電風扇喔~. 如果你是暑假期間入住, 怕熱的人請事先和房東確認~ (低樓層的公寓有冷氣) 5. 淋浴間居然沒有淋浴拉簾或是玻璃門, 洗澡時要很注意不然外面地板會濕! . 我們住了5個晚上, 真的不是一個很開心的體驗~ 但是巴黎太美好了, 我們一定要再回來!~

Miniwohnung mit Metrofeeling

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Nähe zur Metro ein großer Vorteil.

Die Wohnung war entgegen dem Angebot und der Beschreibung nur 17m2 klein und hatte nicht einmal einen Kasten für die Aufbewahrung von Kleidung! Die Metro fährt im Abstand von ca. 5min und die ganze Wohnung bebt und vibriert, daran muss man sich einmal gewöhnen! Ein nicht behobener Wasserschaden mit Blasen- und Rissbildung über 1m lang ziert die Decke.

L'emplacement est très agréable à côté du Bon marché, quartier résidentiel avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité

Le studio est très bruyant car au dessus du métro, ce qui peut etre acceptable si on est en ballade la journée et couche tard. En revanche, le réveil est matinal dès le passage des premiers métros ! Aucune communication avec les hôtes, la TV ne fonctionnait pas ainsi que les lampes de chevet. J'ai fait part de ce désagrément sans réponse. Le studio en Rdc bénéficie d'une seule fenêtre donnant sur une cour avec du passage aussi on est à la vue de tous ou sinon dans une certaine obscurité

La vicinanza alla metro

L'appartamento è molto piccolo e ha un bagnetto non dotato di finestra o impianto di areazione. Questo causa un importante problema di umidità che costringe a tenere costantemente la finestra vicino al letto aperta almeno a ribalta. I cuscini sono davvero scomodi. Abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà ad aprire la porta. Solo dopo aver richiesto aiuto da parte dello staff, ci hanno inviato un video dove spiegavano un modo particolare di aprire la porta (modalità necessaria dopo riparazione a quanto pare). Durante tutta la giornata e fin dalle prime ore del mattino ogni cinque minuti si sente molto bene il rumore della metro. Infine, per quanto riguarda la cucina, non avevamo un bidone per la spazzatura né uno straccio per poter asciugare i piatti. Tutto sommato, avendo trascorso poco tempo nell'appartamento, lo reputiamo sufficiente. Se avessimo dovuto trascorrere un soggiorno più lungo sarebbe stato abbastanza scomodo

Goede kamer voor 3 nachten.

De buurt zelf is heel rustig. Je geraakt overal zeer vlot. De kamer was zeer proper. Je hebt eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt.

In de kamer zelf hoor je sterk het metro geluid, dit is soms wel storend. In de nacht is dit natuurlijk niet aanwezig. Weinig plaats om je spullen in op te bergen, kast zat vol met schoonmaakspullen.
