Hay uno de los baños que no tiene inodoro aunque entiendo que en algún lado lo decía y no lo bi. Muy complejo regular el agua caliente en las duchas. La ubicación era buena pero un poco alejada de todo.

Location is top! Very luxurious and big apartment. Clean. It’s my second time in this house.

There is only 1 key so it’s really difficult to move separately. The apartment is located in the entrance therefore is easily accessible by anyone who is passing by. In the evening they close the building doors so felt a bit more safe but during the day you cannot leave the house with someone sleeping in, for example. No AC, so it was really hot.

We stayed at Chic Apartments on Rue de Sèvres and overall had an accepted experience. The apartment is enough for 6 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed. It’s well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and consumables. The property is quiet and private, very close to the main street but still well isolated from noise. The area is also convenient, with a bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy just steps away.

On the downside, there’s no air conditioning, which was a challenge in warm weather. The apartment is on the ground floor with a full glass facade, which made me feel slightly unsafe — although the neighborhood is classified as safe and we didn’t face any issues. The rooms lack natural light and ventilation, affecting both comfort and privacy. Because the small panel windows were left open for fresh air, we also had to deal with a lot of mosquitos. Not to forget to mention that the apartement has 1 bathroom with toilet inside, the other bathroom is only a shower box with small sink, which also was not enough (for 6 people)
