We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is very well thought through and it is indeed very quiet, especially for it being so central. The location makes visiting Paris a dream; metro's go ever few minutes and you're very linked up. If you're too tired to go out too far, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The top floor bedroom can be quite warm, but there's an airconditioning unit there that mitigates that. I think a possible improvement is some instruction on how the automatic windows there can be operated; we figured it out, and that makes cooling things down (literally) a breeze!

Interesting flat, filled with comfortable and attractive furniture and equipment. Wall decor charming. Efficient air conditioning. Excellent, prompt communication with manager.
Only one toilet, on lower floor. Possible inconvenience for upstairs occupants.
