Very close to everything. Washer was great. Comfortable and clean. Air condition was needed as it was very hot in July
Not a big four on fan and it kept coming undone when Sitting on it. I was there for work and had to get my friend up every day to let me out as the door only locked with a key

Tweede keer dat we hier met vriendinnen een weekendje verblijven. Oké dus!
Het mocht wel wat properder zijn. De plinten in het toilet waren niet proper of moet ik zeggen vies… Vooral al het stof zorgde voor veel genies en jeukende ogen. De stofwolken lagen bovenop de kast. Deze kon je zien liggen van op de trap. De tv en deco hadden ook al lang geen swiffer of stofvot meer gezien.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is very well thought through and it is indeed very quiet, especially for it being so central. The location makes visiting Paris a dream; metro's go ever few minutes and you're very linked up. If you're too tired to go out too far, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The top floor bedroom can be quite warm, but there's an airconditioning unit there that mitigates that. I think a possible improvement is some instruction on how the automatic windows there can be operated; we figured it out, and that makes cooling things down (literally) a breeze!
