Clean, spacious, well located

Good location within Paris. Best used as a base for sightseeing.

Location within Paris was good, easy to access all sights and museums. Neighbourhood was good with lots of good cafes and shops. Beds comfy and clean plenty of clean towels. Warm enough despite the cold weather. Key collection easy.

While it can be described as a flat the property is essentially a converted shop turned into two apartments. As it was a shop it is on the ground floor. There is no natural light in the living area as all windows are in the bedrooms; due to the windows facing the busy road outside there is a lot of street noise - Lorries buses cars and pedestrians all contribute to early morning noise plus a rumbling metro line close by underground made it difficult for light sleepers. A door linking the front apartment and the rear one allowed noise from other guests through. The flat was clean but had we not been sightseeing every day it was not a space we would have spent much time in, no views and only electric lighting made the communal area unappealing Kitchen had a washing up sponge and soap but no cloths for wiping up or drying dishes, a sweeping brush was provided but no dustpan and despite there being plenty of knives, no chopping board.

Good location

The apartment floors were pealing, the kitchen table is super uncomfortable. The 2 rooms have no windows that can open. The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms. No hand soap no shampoo in the property. It wouldn’t hurt to add these little items for the convenience of the customers, especially for the price point.

Not a charming place and could do better on communications

The location, cleaness, and facilities

Description of the place as charming is wrong, it is a converted shop with a cramped feel and some eccentric features, like the front door does not open fully and a pillar in the lounge. The place is an adequate functional space for people using it as a sleeping space while visiting Paris. Communications with agency were poor, although the staff I spoke to were gracious. I did not get a reply to email asking for a remote check-in, because I would be arriving out of office hours , and when I called, I was told I would get check-in details on the morning of the start of the rental, which did not happen. I called on the morning of the first day of rental and managed to get details on picking up keys from keybox, which were very poor, and if it were not for the local bar owner, who knew the pickup details, we would not have got the keys. However, communications did improve when the agency needed to know when I would be exiting the building, as I got a tumely request for this information the day before I was due to leave. I have never come across this guarded approach to the release of check-in info in numerous rentals across many countries. Dissappointing.

they only thing good about this apartment is the location.

THE APARTMENT IS NOT LIKE YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS FOR SURE !!! FRONT DOOR DONT OPEN MORE THAN 60 DEGREES... CAN BERYL WALK IN THE APARTMENT. The apartment is a converted storefront. the 2 bedrooms has a large storefront glass that they tinted. you can see every person that walks by and hear every car and truck because you sleep 2 meters from the road. THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM... KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM ARE HORRIBLE. The Bedrooms doors are like glass doors with a curtain that you have to use, with no locks. No working locks on the bathrooms. keys were in a lockbox in a different location. not easy to find when you get in town in the middle of the night. we ask for someone to meet us and they asked for money to do that... EVERY TIME I CONTACT THE WHATSUP NUMBER i GOT WITH AN ISSUE - THEY DONT RESPOND.

Très bonne semaine dans l'appartement.

L'emplacement est vraiment bien car proche de la station Pernety et surtout une vue magnifique sur la Tour Montparnasse si on marche un peu. Des petits commerces proches, tout est à proximité de façon générale. Franchement hyper sympa comme lieu. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et prennent le temps de prendre de vos nouvelles et savoir si tout va bien.

Quelques problèmes de poignées de portes, et pas de boites aux lettres pour recevoir les colis, mais les livreurs contactent presque toujours ou laissent en point relais, et les hôtes proposent des solutions.

Красивый район

В объявлении заявлено, что в квартире может жить 7 человек. Это неправда. По факту две двух спальные кровати. Одна кровать - односпальная в гостинной (которая совмещена с кухней). Два кресла - на которых невозможно спать. Мы очень долго ругались, чтобы нам привезли еще одну кровать. ВНИМАНИЕ: второй душ находится в комнате, он прозрачный, двери так же прозрачные. Квартира находится на первом этаже, окна не открываются и они заклеены. Стены очень тонкие.

Сподобалось розташування та персонал. Було достатньо комплектів білизни та посуду

Місця трішки мало для 6 людей, максимум 5 Деяка постіль була брудною, проте так як було трішки більше комплектів то ми знайшли для себе. Трохи чути шум з вулиці бо це перший поверх і також холодно було, ми намагались увімкнути обігрівачі, але це не сильно допомогло

Arquitetura estranha. Tinha chuveiro no quarto, mas nao tinha privada. Mas tinha duas privadas separadasem banheiros na sala. Precisa trocar o piso . Não consegui montar as camas de sokteiro. Pedi ajuda e mandaram olhar o google.

Localização.

Quando chegamos o piso da cozinha estava quase quebrando, o qual informamos imediatamente a anfitriã, que perguntou se isso era um problema para nós. Não era um problema, mas ficamos com medo de realmente quebrar e termos que pagar.
