Great hou

Location was great, both bus and metro stations were nearby and a great pub 10 meters from the house. The house was clean and well maintained and also very warm which helped a lot at the time I visited which was very cold outisde (-2 to 4 degrees) . The home cinema room was top notch.

The property suggest they can accomodate for 6 people, but there were only 5 comforters, but the house is very warm so I didn't mind personally. Linens and towels we enough though. Also the noise is bit much in the morning if you sleep on the couch in main room since the facade of the house is metal/glass so there's no soundproofing. However the normal rooms are quiet.

Very ordinary and disappointing

Lot of problems with the apartment Water leaks in kitchen and bedroom None of the aircons work Remotes had no battery Door handles broken Doors once shut cannot be unlocked Smelly bathrooms with no air fresheners Overall very disappointing property in a great location. Its a shame that property management team does not know these problems until I notified them with pictures and otger details at which point some issues were addressed. Think twice before you choose this property as the price being paid is steep

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica di Parigi con tutto il necessario nelle immediate vicinanze panetterie supermercati pizzerie bar. Si raggiunge il centro in 20 minuti con mezzi publici che si prendono a due passi da casa. L’appartamento è grazioso disposto su più piani (ps. scale un po’ ripide )ospita fino a 6 adulti ed è dotato di 2 bagni. Noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Se non si hanno grosse pretese di lusso lo consiglio vivamente.

L’emplacement l’accessibilité logement spacieux bien équipé

Les chambres à l’étage bien qu équipé de climatisation mobile concentrent la chaleur émise par la sortie d’aire des climatiseurs. Je suggère l’installation de rideaux au rée de chaussée au niveau de l’entrée.

Appartement confortable pour y passer une nuit mais n’est pas adapté pour plusieurs jours

Appartement très bien situé, commodités et salles de bain bien équipées. Appartement propre

Cuisine qui ne peut être utilisée ou seulement pour des géants ? Il ne faut pas prévoir de faire ses repas à l’appartement puisqu’il est impossible d’atteindre les assiettes, de faire la vaisselle ou encore de manger à 8 autour de la table (seulement 6 places alors que c’est un appartement pour 8 personnes). Radiateur décroché du mur, TV mal accroché, placard qui ne s’ouvre pas à cause du mur, beaucoup de rafistolage dans l’appartement c’est dommage.

Comodo per chi arriva in auto, parcheggio multipiano con centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Doppi servizi con doccia molto comodi. Fermate metro e bus raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi.

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, super Kontakt zum Gastgeber (antwortet immer blitzschnell) , sehr gute Lage Nähe der Metro

Wohnung würde ich für 2-3 Personen aufgrund der Lage vielleicht empfehlen, sonst nicht empfehlenswert

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Küche war hochgesetzt, 40-50cm höher als Standard. Absolut unbequem zum Spülen, Kochen. Alle Türen bis auf die aussentür schließen nicht richtig. Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig. Keine Tassen, Kelle Und das Geschirr war teilweise noch dreckig!
