2 chambres et une terrasse à Paris!

If you want to feel like you are in a lovely, relaxing spot in Paris, stay in this charming apartment in the 14th! It is a slice of heaven surrounded by flowers and plants with its own terrace, complete with 4 chairs and a table. When you enter from the street, you walk through another gate (all entered with security codes) and into paradise! There is another code for the front door, which is remote controlled shutters that open, revealing another door. The apartment itself has new fixtures, appliances, and there is an air conditioner in the main bedroom on the right. If you leave the door open, it cools the main living area. There are two good fans that help with air also. There is a comfy couch with an armchair, a flat screen TV with Netflix and other apps you can sign into. When we had a question, I messaged the owner on What’s App and she responded immediately with an answer. The kitchen is new with a full size fridge and freezer, electric stove, separate oven and microwave. There are remote controls around the house that control the lighting and the shutters on the windows. We were there in the middle of the heat wave and the apartment was comfortable. We also left the air on all day on really hot days. There is a separate toilet room from the shower room, both very new and the whole apartment was spotless. The shower room had a cool mirror with lights of varying brightness and tone. The closest metro stop, Plaisance, is about an 8 minute walk, and Alesia is about 12 minutes. These will take you wherever you need to go, but you may have to transfer for some destinations. There is a cute little cafe across the street and down a bit called Il Macchiato II. We went there for coffee and pastries every morning. There are a few restaurants of varying cuisines right on Rue Didot as well. All in all, I am recommending this apartment to my friends, and I hope to stay there again someday! It really made our Paris vacation feel more authentic.

Appartement moderne, avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. A 9 minutes à pied du métro. Et surtout très calme, avec une petite cour intérieure très agréable.
