it's an ok apartment but not value for money

Clean apartment, well decorated

Check in is too late, 16.00 We were 5 people and there was only one key There were only three spoons in the Kitchen No cups for coffee No wine glasses (very strange for an apartment in Paris) Very tiny rooms, no space to even open a suitcase

Great location. Okay place for short stay.

Nice local flavor Parisian neighborhood. Not far from "happening" Montparnasse area. Clean place with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 small-ish showers.

No windows or natural light in living room or kitchen areas. Apartment is on ground floor with bedrooms facing street, so there was some noise from outside.

The Bedrooms and bathrooms are great.

Not enough cups, glasses, plates and other basic kitchen supplies. A Washing machine would have been useful.

Organização, limpeza, localização!

Perto dos principais pontos turísticos, estávamos em 4 adultos, 1 criança de 6 anos e 1 bebê de 1 ano, foi perfeito para nós que estávamos em família. Metrô a 2 min a pé, andamos de Uber e não pagamos caro! Conseguir usar o metrô para ir à Disney! O apartamento é idêntico as imagens.

Séjour pro à Paris

Les chambres avec leur coin douche, la disponibilité du personnel en soirée quand le code des clés annoncé avait changé. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris

Effectivement, il manque des couverts , il ne faut pas prévoir de manger à plusieurs. Attention les épaules qui touchent les murs quand on est aux toilettes

Multe magazine in zona. Apartamentul este bine compartimentat, ne-am descurcat usor 6 persoane. Are 3 dusuri si 2 WC.

Usa de la intrare si geamurile nu sunt bine izolate, permitand sa intre frigul si zgomotele strazii. Geamurile de la dormitoare nu se deschid si sufrageria nu are geamuri.

Kellemes kis párizsi lakás, jól megközelíthető környéken

A szállás a Montparnasse negyedben, könnyen megtalálható. A feltöltött képek teljesen megfelelnek a valóságnak. A bejutás könnyen ment, előre lehet intézni a bejelentkezést a szállásadó céggel online, e-mailben, és így az érkezés napján megkaptam a kapunyitó kódot, illetve a kulcsszéf kódját. Minden flottul működött. A lakás nagyon szép tiszta volt, a szobák nem hatalmasak, de részünkre bőven elegendőek voltak a pár napos városlátogatásra, amikor szinte csak aludni jártunk oda. Minden szobához tartozik egy kis tusoló-mosdó (hajszárító, törölközők), plussz a nappali részen is van egy fürdőszoba, illetve van egy külön WC is. 4 felnőtt részére kényelmes volt. A konyhában gépek megtalálhatók (mikró, kávéfőző, kenyérpirító), főzési lehetőség, bár mi nem használtuk, így az edényekről sem tudok nyilatkozni. A WIFI tökéletesen működött. A környéken megtalálható bolt, több pékség, étterem kb. 5 perces sétára. A metró egy sarokra van, ahonnan a város bármely pontja elérhető. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész csapat. A lakás földszinti, és a nappalinak valóban nincsen ablaka, de mivel mi nem időztünk sokat a szálláson ez nem volt zavaró. Kauciót felszámolnak (nekünk 150 EUR volt) amit a kijelentkezést követően 1 héten belül visszakaptunk. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek, jó ár-érték arányú szállás.

A szobák ablaka az utcára néz, ahonnan a hajnali zajok azért behallatszanak, de azért lehet pihenni.

Séjour agréable détails à revoir

L’emplacement proche du métro. Les 3 salles de bain. Les 2 toilettes. L’équipe qui gère l’appartement est à l'écoute, implique c'est agréable. Malgré de nombreux points à améliorer nous sommes ravies de notre séjour. Et la qualité prix est très convenable. Chambres spacieuses petites sdb dépendante. Et une grande salle de bain.

Insonorisation et isolation inexistante, l'appartement était propre mais il a besoin d'un gros coup en profondeur (éclaboussure sur les portes, tâches sur canapé...). Pas de fenêtre dans le salon.

Parfait pour une excursion parisienne.

L´emplacement est top proche du metro, les lits sont confortables et trois douche c´est top.

Les chaises sont d´une qualité médiocres, pas assez de fourgettes 3 pour 5 personnes, 1 seul verre a pieds, pas de tir bouchon. Le manque d´étanchéité de la porte d´entrée est désagréable lumière qui passe a travers et bruit de la cour. Deux robinet ou l´eau chaude est inversé avec l´eau froide.

Appartement bien situé , un peu tape à l'oeil qui mériterait un entretien plus rigoureux.

Situation , confort de literie,équipement .

Le convecteur électrique du salon était à terre arraché du support mural , il n'a pas été réparé pendant notre séjour malgré notre signalement . La robinetterie des lavabos est mal serrée de plus les alimentations au chaude et eau froide sont montées à l'envers .
