The staff was very kind and available. The instructions to get the keys may be updated because there aren’t very clear.

There was no curtains at the living room windows (we were 5 and 4 of us slept in the living room)

The location was convenient. The staff responded to messages unfortunately they did not have a resolution to help us.

The photos do not accurately reflect this apartment. The gates over the windows are down and there is no sunlight. As a result, the inside temperature is warmer than outside. And there is no possibility for air flow. It caused a very big disruption in the trip. There is also an ant issue in the apartment. This didn’t bother us much but it should be corrected. When we booked this property there were no reviews. I can see that the recent reviewers had the same issues. I did not want to post a bad review but we reached out several times without any correction.

Nice apartment I would invest in larger powerful multiple fans or two AC units

Great location, near metro and many groceries and shop places Nicely decorated

There was no A/C in a very hot days. Two fans were provided but they were rather small. No open windows in the living room and we have to leave front door open to create some air to flow. We slept with the door open in the main room that leads to a shared internal patio and basement which is not ideal. Otherwise is a very nice place to stay.

Spacious apartment located in a quiet and pleasant part of Paris. Excellent location – many sights, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Stylishly furnished with comfortable beds. Customer service was very responsive.

The apartment has great potential but needs a thorough deep cleaning. There was visible dirt and dust in many corners and along the edges of the rooms. Several repairs are need and we addressed. The instruction video on how to retrieve the key and enter the apartment is outdated and should be updated to avoid confusion. The wifi works not good and the connection disappears from time to time. We sent all suggestions for improvement directly to the provider and kindly asked that these points be taken seriously and addressed for the benefit of future guests.

Agradable y espacioso

La ubicacion es magnifica, un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con tiendas alrededor para comprar lo que necesitas. A 20 minutos andando de la Torre Eiffel y a 10 de Montparnasse.

Días de mucho calor y sólo habían dos tristes ventiladores para refrescar un poco. No ventila muy bien el apartamento ya que para la parte delantera solo puedes abrir la puerta que da a la calle.

Deixei a minha bolsa de casa de banho com os cremes maquiagem joias perfume medicamentos no móvel da casa de banho e disseram que não encontraram nada ! Tive um prejuízo superior a 500 euros !! Não recomendo que não São de confiança

Ho chiesto per prepare il divano letto , e non era stato preparato, poi ho provato a sistemare io , lenzuolo che c’era nel divano era sporco e avevano dei capelli, e poi non c’erano altri lenzuoli da sostituire

We adviseren dit appartement zeker voor een bezoek aan Parijs.

Heel gezellig en ruim appartement. Heel goede ligging in rustig deel van Parijs. Comfortabele bedden en zeer goed ingerichte keuken.

We kregen een beetje op voorhand een link met instructies (filmpje) om de sleutel te vinden. Dit filmpje klopt niet, sleutels zitten in locker in brievenbus aan de ingang van het appartement. Wel een hele tijd moeten zoeken.
