Very nice room, design, new, spacy. Well equipped (including small kitchenette). Great location in the city. Separate bedroom. Flexible host.
This is so much better than a hotel room.
You can hear the subway drive by. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, like me, don't book this room. Otherwise just a great room.

It was spacious enough for three people. It was clean and new. The building has an elevator. The owner was helpful. Fewer tourists in the area. It was near restaurants, shops, grocery, and a subway station.
Bed Sheets were smelly, so we used the extra sheets (but they were still smelly); shower felt a little small; one washer and dryer for all rooms on our floor.

appartamento carino, ben attrezzato e ben tenuto. palazzo recente e in buone condizioni. posizione splendida per visitare Parigi. Ideale fino a 4 persone.
Per 5/6 persone lo spazio è ristretto.
