Close to Metro stations, bus stops, restaurants, and grocery shops in an area that was nice, safe, and not touristy.
The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean although the shower room had a slight musty odor (needs exhaust fan).
Staff were responsive to my questions.
Must climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
The entrance is a bit confusing on initial arrival, although detailed instructions were provided. Unfortunately, I could not access the instructions because my phone battery was depleted after a long trip.
Was given a wrong access code to the entrance door on the street and, I would have not have had access to the apartment late in the evening had a person not exited the door while I was trying to enter.

The location was excellent for a family. It was across the street from a park, down the street from the Bon Marche, not on a busy road.
The description should be more accurate. The toilet, WC, is tiny and up a steep flight of 4 stairs. Not good for older people. The kitchen lacked cooking utensils, a cutting board, strainer, dish clothes and pans. The one skillet was scratched teflon and not safe to use. There is almost no storage. The sofa bed did not have a mattress protector.
