Excellent 2 bedroom tourist flat in the Ruzafa neighbourhood.:
Stay at Moontels Paseo de Ruzafa: a building located in the centre of Valencia next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
Spacious two-bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of the building with direct access to the apartment via lift or stairs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. In addition, the building has a communal terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy the good weather in Valencia.
Booking conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard or Flexible Rate: cancellation will be free up to 7 days before the arrival date. After 7 days before the arrival date, if the reservation is canceled or modified after the deadline or if the client does not show up on the scheduled date, the expenses will be 100%.
Non-Refundable Rate: This rate does not allow cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the expenses will be 100% of the stay.

Stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It is a beautiful apartment in city center. The location is perfect, so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a great stay. Oh and the lift opens right into the living space, fantastic.
