Fantastic location, good WIFI, easy parking, but no kitchenette and no tea making possibility

Room was spacious, WIFI working, good shower, place to park a car outside.

There was no kitchenette, no kettle, there was a tap for water in the corner of the bathroom - presumably for the coffee maker. There was the smell of damp, basin in the bathroom was blocked and the radiators needed bleeding as they were making loud noise.

Séjour très agréable, calme et confortable, avec un accueil chaleureux.

J’ai aimé la propreté des lieux, le confort de la chambre et le calme de l’établissement. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. C’est un endroit idéal pour passer un week-end reposant.

Correcte pour le prix mais sans plus

Bonne localisation à 5 minutes à pied de la Grand Place, parking facile dans les environs. L'entrée se fait avec un code sur un digicode, on récupère ensuite la clé dans un coffre à clé à côté de la porte du logement. Le logement était propre.

La vanne du radiateur ne fonctionnait pas, pas de thermostat dans la pièce donc il a fallu dormir avec les fenêtre ouvertes car il faisait étouffant dans le logement (ce qui entraine énormément de bruit vu que les fenêtres donnent directement sur le boulevard). Machine à café disponible avec des capsules, mais pas de tasse pour prendre un café... il faut donc venir en séjour avec des tasses. N'oubliez pas non plus votre gel douche, il n'y en a pas de disponible. Enormément de bruit venant du logement au dessus, à 2h du matin on avait l'impression qu'ils déplaçaient les meubles en plus des cris et des va et vient. Bref la nuit fût moyennement reposante...

Bien pour un court séjour

L'emplacement est idéal. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse. Les volets qui permettent une parfaite occultation. Petit frigo et plateau de courtoisie.

Je devais loger dans la chambre du 1er étage et finalement, c'est celle du 2ème qui m'a été attribuée. L'escalier est étroit et peut être dangereux. La propreté laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de poussière. Des chaussettes sales et mouchoirs usagés dans le tiroir de la commode. Le manque d'insonorisation. J'entendais les voisins du dessous comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Je n'ai pas trouvé comment faire fonctionner la télé.

Ravis de ce séjour dans l'appartement !

Hyper central, logement vaste et lumineux, on n'a manqué de rien ! Tout était propre et joliment arrangé. Le lit est confortable, la couette douillette ! Un petit frigo pour y mettre nos aliments du voyage. Pourquoi pas un sèche-cheveux dans le tiroir de la salle de bain pour le matin, ce serait top ! On a apprécié la machine à café avec les capsules proposées. Pourquoi pas une petite bouilloire pour les buveurs de thés comme moi, ce serait chouette aussi !Merci beaucoup

Ca sentait fort la cigarette quand on est arrivé, mais on a ouvert les fenêtres en grand. Hélas, le matelas sentait aussi fort la cigarette froide, peut-être penser à interdire la cigarette dans le logement ? Et sinon, le monsieur du dessus a marché jusqu'à 4h du matin et l'isolation est tellement légère ... mais hélas, ça on n'y peut rien.
