Beautiful apartments in the best location

The apartment is perfectly located around the corner from the Grande Place and behind the Cathedral. From one room you have a beautiful view of the Cathedral and Beaufrai towers, and from the other room, you can enjoy a large private terrace. The facilities are impeccable: clean, comfortable and welcoming. The host was very kind and helpful too! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tournai and the surrounding area.

A Happy Long term stay.

We stayed in Tournai for 3.5 weeks because we had traveled from New Zealand for my wife to undergo an operation. On arrival we realized we needed a few extra things. Jean was so kind. Without hesitation he went out if his way and bought us everything we needed. Nothing was a problem for him. His Dad kindly took us to the hospital appointments a couple of times also Jean spoke very good English which made communication a lot easier. My wife and I have no hesitarion in recommending his apartment. It was situated in a very handy postition by the square with loads of restaurants and things going on. Thankyou so much Jean.

Exceptional central apartment

Excellent location close to Grande Place, museums, shops, restaurants, the Esplanade de L'Europe and Masion de la Culture where the jazz festival was held, a 10 min walk. The apartment is wonderful, 1st floor, overlooking the Cathedral and the Befroi, with much silence, one can hear only birds and the bells, very clean and endowed with everything we needed; both in tje bedroom and the kitchen, brand new bath and spotless clean, the owner was very kind, offered a second set of keys, more coffeee, water, and changed the towels even after 3 days...all perfect. We would stay again in this place!!!

De centrale ligging in het rustige, originele stadje Tournay. Met voldoende eet gelegenheden. Veel ruimte in het appartement, 2 grote aparte kamers, het goede bed. goede zitbank, en functionele keuken. De vriendelijke host op de achtergrond. De prijs!

De aparte positie van de douche; bij trap Wij kregen appartement no 4 op de 1ste etage aan de straatkant. Bij open raam, wat straat geluiden. CV in de slaapkamer kon niet uit.

Vacances en ville à Tournai

Logement central très près de la Grand Place tout en étant très calme avec la cathédrale et le beffroi visibles de la fenêtre. Restaurants, salons de thé, musées et monuments accessibles à pied. Un parking souterrain payant ( mais pas plus de 10€ par jour) est proche de l'appartement via le Fort Rouge. Jean-Baptiste est joignable facilement si besoin.

voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtige kijk vanuit de kamer op de vijf torens van de kathedraal. Centrale ligging, nabij de markt, maakt de verkenning van de stad makkelijk. Afstand van en naar het station is haalbaar.

waterkoker bevatte veel kalkbrokjes. Extra zetel of goede stoel in de slaapkamer wenselijk.

Drie dagen je ogen de kost geven op een toplocatie in een hippe stad met een rijke geschiedenis.

De rust en stilte op 50m van het historisch centrum zijn uniek. Zicht op de verlichte kathedraal vanuit je kamer is een topper, alsook de vlucht van enkele vleermuizen bij dageraad en het vallen van de avond. Een tv en douche zoals ik zelf wel zou willen :)

De badkamer is een beetje krap. Wanneer je alleen reist valt het wel mee. Bij extreem warm weer is buiten zitten in het binnentuintje geen optie. Binnen kan je het wel voldoende koel houden. Geen grote tegenvallers dus!

Très bon emplacement ; un logement bien aménagé et facile d’accès

Au cœur de la ville , l’arrivée était très facile, nous avons été contacté par sms par le propriétaire pour l’accès à la boîte aux clefs. Le logement est fonctionnel, assez spacieux pour deux. calme et d’une propreté rigoureuse. L’équipement de la cuisine est bien adapté. Un accès wifi et une grande télévision connectée permettent d’accéder aux services sur l’Internet.

Tout était bien organisé ; il manque peut-être un petit fauteuil dans la chambre pour se poser et un support pour accrocher les vêtements ; ce qui ne m’empêche pas de recommander vivement ce logement.

Bon logement spacieux et lumineux très bien situé et hote sympatique et naturel

Situation très pratique au centre de Tournai près de la grand place magnifique, surtout avec l'éclairage le soir.. Ecran géant sympa le soir si on ne bouge pas . Beaucoup d'espace .

Au niveau literie : draps repassés seraient sympa et au niveau SDB : nettoyage plus consciencieux

Op fietsdoortocht in Doornik

Ruim appartement en voortreffelijke locatie pal in centrum. Binnen is het rustig met de slaapkamer aan de achterzijde met zicht op de kathedraal. Handige check-in met sleutelbox. Jean-Baptiste reageert ook snel op berichten. Absoluut waar voor zijn geld!

Niets. Als je met 2 bent kan stallen van fiets moeilijk in de gang. Bespreek dit dan met Jean-Baptiste.

Geweldig 🤩

Prachtige plek midden in de stad met prachtig groen terras buiten en super uitzicht. Bed zeer comfortabel. Fietsen konden binnen staan tv zo groot als in de bioscoop.

Propreté, localisation, lit, silence , possibilité de garder l’appartement frais malgré la chaleur extérieure

Il manque certaines choses. , mais c’est facile à améliorer. Il faudrait un ou deux portes essuies ds la salle de bain, il n’y a rien pour poser un essuie mouillé par ex, une petite poubelle ds la salle de bain. La cabine de douche est impeccable. Dans la cuisine, il manque d’assiettes, 2 grdes assiettes c’est un peu juste! Idem un peu juste en couverts, mais par contre c’est impeccable pour les couteaux de « cuisine « .

J’ai adoré mon séjour

Du studio en lui-même est très beau, la chambre, un style bohème, une petite terrasse à l’équipement pour la cuisine et personnel, très agréable à l’écoute du client disponible. À tout moment je le recommande et je reviendrai.😊

L appartement est joli, confortable et très bien placé. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de café, thé, sucre , gel douche...

De ligging was perfect, gratis parkeren op loopafstand, goede wifi. Perfecte bedden en goede douche! Bakkerij drie deuren verder.

Geen nederlandse zenders op prachtige tv jammer. Via ziggo go maar viel regelmatig weg.

Eenvoudig maar goed op een uitstekende locatie!

Doornik is top! Excellente locatie ! Alles wat we nodig hadden: bed, bad en een kleine keuken.

Wat extra keukengerei (bowls, messen, snijplank,…) zou handig zijn.
