Clean, comfy and spacious accommodation. Close to village amenities (pubs, cafes shops etc). Free crumpets and snacks. Friendly owners happy to help if there are any issues. Free parking. Great base to explore Devon and beyond.
Parking is up a tight lane. I had no issues, but beware if you have a large car.

Very comfortable, well appointed, well equipped accommodation. Would definitely stay again.
Th flat is easy to find and more spacious than expected. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s very conveniently located in the centre of town and you can enjoy an excellent breakfast at Zest or Rachel’s a very short walk away.
We were fine as we know South Molton well, but the parking might initially be a bit challenging, if you don’t want to use the limited parking at the side of the property. Tip: plan ahead if you want to eat out on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening. The local options are very limited.

Comfortable and modern cottage in a great location for exploring North Devon.
Beautiful little cottage - tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice that there are two good sized double bedrooms - perfect for two couples. Tiny but well equipped kitchen, and some lovely 'treats' included too, as well as milk and juice. Two bathrooms (one en-suite). Efficient and easily-controlled heating. Good wifi.
The parking space is tricky to access - you need to be confident about reversing out along a narrow passageway (particularly with the current scaffolding, although I'm guessing that won't be there long).

Excellent central location. Spotlessly clean, everything very new and colour coordinated. Very well thought out and equipped.
Our car was too big for the parking space, road is quite narrow. However town centre parking is very cheap and easily accessible.
