Clean, comfy and spacious accommodation. Close to village amenities (pubs, cafes shops etc).

Parking is up a tight lane. I had no issues, but beware if you have a large car.

Th flat is easy to find and more spacious than expected. It’s very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s very conveniently located in the centre of town and you can enjoy an excellent breakfast at Zest or Rachel’s a very short walk away.
We were fine as we know South Molton well, but the parking might initially be a bit challenging, if you don’t want to use the limited parking at the side of the property. Tip: plan ahead if you want to eat out on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening. The local options are very limited.

Beautiful little cottage - tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Nice that there are two good sized double bedrooms - perfect for two couples. Tiny but well equipped kitchen, and some lovely 'treats' included too, as well as milk and juice. Two bathrooms (one en-suite). Efficient and easily-controlled heating. Good wifi.
The parking space is tricky to access - you need to be confident about reversing out along a narrow passageway (particularly with the current scaffolding, although I'm guessing that won't be there long).
