Perfect Location, quiet and right in the centre of town but hidden, if your quick parking is nearby.

Gorgeous cottage in a pretty seaside town

Beautifully maintained and decorated fisherman's cottage. Cosy rooms, comfortable beds and spacious and functional kitchen with dining table. Absolutely spotlessly clean. All in a beautiful English seaside town. Very steep slope and narrow alley to access the property, would not suit someone with mobility issues.

Getting the access code was a bit of a pullava.

Family Spring break!

It's a lovely, clean, well equipped cottage. Good location. We used the log burner which was lovely.

There is no parking but we parked in the main car park in Lynmouth which was okay. We were emailed to say we needed to vacate the property by 10.30 a.m and the cleaning staff arrived just after 10.00 a.m saying the email had been wrong. There was no travel cot but it was okay as I'd contacted the host beforehand and took our own.

We had a little trouble getting hot water/central heating to start with, but soon worked it out.
