Ashridge, near Lynton, is a stylish and spacious first-floor apartment set above the beautiful Lyn Valley, with scenic views across the surrounding woodland. From the parking area, external steps lead up to the exterior door on the first floor. The apartment is light-filled and thoughtfully laid out, it offers a peaceful place to relax while remaining just a 10-minute walk from Lynton along a lovely woodland walkway.

Indoor Description
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Other kitchen items include a microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
The comfortable seating area has a smart TV mounted on the wall, and wifi is available throughout the property. A dining table and chairs sits in the bay window.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
Bed linen, duvets, and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.
Non- perishable items like a salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few herbs or spices are available. Milk is provided on arrival.
There is a hairdryer in the bedroom.
Outdoor Description
From the off-road parking area at the front of the property, external steps with wooden handrail, lead up to the front door on the first floor.
Outdoor table and chairs are available for dining al fresco in the warmer weather. This area is available for guests' sole use, but it is not enclosed.
It's a wonderful woodland walk into Lynton from Ashridge, approx 10 minutes on foot.
The owners live in the property next door.
