This apartment sleeps six people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double room and a family room with a double and children's bunks in it. The apartment also has a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car. Flat 8 is a comfy base for venturing out to see what this part of Devon has to offer, with its seaside town and villages and walking and cycling routes. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome, no cats. Note: First £5 pounds of electricity is included in rent, remainder will need to be paid by coin meter.Note: Apartment accessed via a curved staircase and then there are two steps to access apartment and two steps between the bunk bed and double bed in the family room. Note: Max age for children's bunks is 12 years. Please note; Care needed when using the path down to the harbour - we do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.
