The quality of the accommodation, the balcony with the stunning views, the facilities, and the beautiful location.
The oven is slow. Having the air fryer meant all was well, but a new or refurbed oven is probably necessary. The dishwasher was empty of rinse aid and salt, so wouldn't wash. We didn't complain at the time, and went and bought the requirements and filled the dishwasher with the required amount, then it successfully washed the dishes efficiently. Might be an idea to check this regularly. These are very small niggles as the apartment more than met our needs.

Amazing location and views. A great base for exploring and plenty to do in Lynton and Lynmouth. The Beds are huge and comfy. The apartment is well equipped and we felt very at home. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, bedding was clean and good quality.
There were a few unclean areas - lots of cobwebs at head height and above. The inside of the shower (when the door is closed) hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The skirting boards have lots of grime build up and could do with a wipe. The balcony was very crowded - can’t see the point for the old bench when they have 4 nice chairs. Little things like having a salt and pepper shaker with no salt and pepper - it wouldn’t hurt to fill those as no one will fill them for a short stay. The living room could work better/be better arranged if the TV wasn’t mounted so high up on the wall- deffo not an ideal location and means sofas are set out weird.
