Fantastic location for bars, restaurants, promenade and transport links for sightseeing and visiting other towns.
Communication was very good and the host was very accommodating for entry and leaving arrangements.
The area can be very noisy all through the night. The noise appeared to come from a combination of revellers in the street below and the promenade, artists/workers leaving the opera house next door, other occupiers of the same building slamming doors and passing our door after midnight with no consideration of noise levels and once all mentioned starts quieting down from around 4am it is time for the street sweepers, bin lorries and "that gate" below the room to have their turn. May be a tough gig if you are a light sleeper. Earplugs worked a treat for us.
A little light on towels if you are planning a lengthy stay.
