It is on the 4th floor of the building so quiet even when the streets around are bustling but you do need to walk up the stairs (it will burn off all that good food).

The living room is fully fitted out with a 42" LCD TV with a dolby 7.1 surround sound speaker system, SKY cable with all the movie channels and a DVD player just in case. Sit and look out over the rooftops across the street while you lounge on the sofa and read a book.
The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and a swimming-pool-like Philippe Stark bath for two while the en-suite next door has a luxurious teak decked bespoke walk in shower and a font of marble hewn just for the job.

This was a wonderful property in a fantastic and extremely convenient location in Old Nice. The apartment was large and even better and more grand than the pictures show - we loved it. Communication with the owner was so easy and convenient too. Overall, a wonderful place and we would happily stay there again.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Located in the perfect part of town!! We did not mind the stairs to the 4th floor. Hanna was very helpful and accommodating with recommendations and transportation.

The apartment is very nice. But it definitively has a problem with their air conditioner. It was not powerful enough to get a comfortable temperature inside, and the humidity was elevated. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, which we had to use. But the windows were not appropriate for its installation, so we had to use a towel to try to cover as much space as possible left by the opened window.
