Good interaction with the owner (even thou we've never met in person) - detailed instructions how to get the keys and enter the apartment and those regarding the parking space (a big bonus!) were sent on time. Location was quite good: ancient mosaic sites (small and big basilica) can be easily reached on foot, and if you are reasonably fit even Old Plovdiv isn't too far. There is a shopping mall with a big supermarket around 300 m away. Basic amenities in the kitchen and in the bathroom were available, but it was too obvious these were leftovers from previous guests. WiFi OK.

Even if the apartment was basically clean, it seemed a little bit neglected (some old rags and a shower head left in the bathroom). Upon entering it, you are greeted by the "smell of old" (even if the building was probably built around 1980). Fortunately, when we opened the windows this smell has disappeared. The coffee machine shown on the photos was replaced by different, more complicated one - difficult to figure out how to operate it, so an instruction manual would be welcome. But, potentially the most dangerous feature comes from the fact that the floor in kitchen has two levels; the part near the window is raised by 5 cm, so one has to be very careful not to stumble on this small step and fall down.

Апартаментът беше чудесен - много чист, уютен и оборудван с абсолютно всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Локацията е отлична, много близо до центъра на Пловдив, а наличието на собствено паркомясто е огромно удобство. Много приятен жест беше и заредената кафемашина.

Нямам забележки. Престоят ми беше много приятен.

Really spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a few nights stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the owner thinks of everything! easy to walk to everywhere you need to be, and parking is possible outside. Great for the money

we were ok with this, but the apartment is in a rather tatty and off putting building. don’t let this put you off though, as it is safe and super comfortable.
