It is acceptable to stay if there are no other alternatives.

The location is very good. Free parking may be available right in front of the building. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for basic needs.

The sofa bed was broken and could not be opened. The bathroom ventilation was insufficient, and unpleasant odors were constantly present. The bathroom fixtures and shower curtain were very old and inadequate. Heating in the room is provided only by air conditioning, so it can feel cold in cooler weather. Not suitable for families with children.

Good location, facilities not good

Great location - the park with the fountains is just across the street. It’s a cute spot with interesting design. There is a small garden.

It was not comfortable for a family of 4 - the bed was quite small and there is one coach that works for 1 person only. Overall it was not very clean, the amenities rather old - for example, the shower was broken, the toilet had also some issues. Not comfortable but okay for 1 night considering the price. There was no liquid soap in the bathroom. There is no parking!!!

I'd recommend it 😊

The location of the studio is excellent,within 5' min walk from the centre of the city.Quite big and comfortable for a four even five member family,clean and with an easy free parking space around the place.Hot water all day and a small backyard available too✌️

Unfortunately,there was some kind of technical issue in the bathroom and there was an inconvenient smell around all the time 🥺I hope it is fixed as soon as possible.. Extra friendly suggestion:a microwave would be really handy for families in the studio 😊

I don't recommend

The location is great! Quiet street next to the city garden. There are some really beautiful finishes in the interior.

The apartment is in the owners basement. The owner took the table from the "private back yard" that was for "the guests use only" and surprisingly at the same night there was a party at his place upstairs. Noisy, disrespectful for me and my 1 year-old. On top there wasn't any mattress for the baby crib, owner asked if it was okay for us to put some blankets instead. Luckily he noticed my anger and found a real mattress. Anyway there wasn't any towel for the baby.

loved every minute

it’s incredibly close to everything, just a 20 minute work to the center. the place is quaint and cozy. the water pressure is amazing as well, which is very important during these cold times

it took us a while to find the place. maybe the owners will change the pin point as it was sending us near 4B.

Cute & cosy

Martin is a great host & communication was good The apartment is small but well equipped & the outside space was a bonus. The proximity to the center is very good, approximately 10 minute walk via the park and singing fountains. There is free parking outside on the street & if that is full, additionally there is an area further up.

Some of the walls would benefit from a lick of paint. Some hooks to hang clothes on the back of the bathroom door would be useful or a shelf to place clean clothes for when you've finished showering. A shelf above sink for toiletries. Just minor niggles and they didn't detract from a great stay in Plovdiv.

* The location is great and has free parking zone * The rooms were warm and clean * The kitchen has good set of cooking and dining items * The beds are comfortable, not too soft * There are enough blankets and storage space * Nice small garden with swing * Washing machine available

* The bathroom smells like pipes at the evening mostly, perhaps some covers for the bathroom channels will be useful * The floor was a bit cold, but thefe were sets of flip-flops to use. At the summer will be refreshing

The location was great. The studio is located near the center. The studio was clean and there is a great kitchen.

We were four people and the space of the studio was a bit too small for all of us. One of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There is not enough space for more than two people.
