Great location, cosy apartment and very welcoming host

Charming and very cosy apartment, we absolutely loved it. It was very comfortable stay (us and our 9 yo). 5 minutes walk from the Tsar Simeon gardens, the big pedestrian street in the centre, the old city, the Opera, next to a mall, in general the location is top! The host is extremely helpful and responds immediately.Thank you Martin for the great stay!

A wonderful appartement located in the centre. Cosy beautiful detailed design. We loved every part of it. We had absolutely everything needed clean and prepared for our stay. Our host was very responsive and polite. We highly recommend this place and if we are coming back to Plovdiv, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Warm welcome from the owners, very cool authentic house renovated nicely. The place is much bigger than the pictures show. The shower is not a problem. 1.75m tall person can shower easily !Perfect location, you can park on site and walk is only 10 min to all restaurants,etc.

The apartment is within the walking distance of the old town. Well equipped and spacious. Private parking is an advantage. You should know that it is on the second floor with no lift.

The apartment has one double sofa, not two separate sofas as described. The air condition is only in the living room, not in the bedroom.

Shower was a bit too small, with a leaning roof, like an attic. Occasional cockroach alert in the bathroom. Sometimes hard to communicate in English, with the older couple (part of the owners).

Очень уютный гостевой домик. Хозяйка приятная женщина. Помогла запарковать машину во дворик апартаментов (после выезда мы оставили машину на улице - бесплатная парковка в воскресенье). Мы отлично заснули после прогулки по городу. Климатом обогрели помещение. Одеяла теплые, белье мягкое. Не хватало коврика в ванной комнате, но это не критично на одну ночь. Утром мы приготовили завтрак. Всё из кухонных принадлежностей было в достатке. И даже соль, масло, кофе, чай. Подвела только кофе-машина, но мы нашли жезву и сделали вкусный кофе. Кухонная зона очень красивая, с прекрасным видом из окон. Завтракать было очень приятно. Это был прекрасный домик для отдыха в выходные.

В начале ночи было прохладно в комнате, куда не доставал кондиционер и в ванной комнате холодно выходить из-под душа на холодную плитку. Но это все секунды дискомфорта 🤗
