The host is very nice and quickly responsive to our requests. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything we need. There is a step in the living room (not that high but well worth mentioning) that children and the elderly should be aware of when walking. The private on-site car parking where the door is always close unless you have the remote control ensures great safety and if you have big car, it'll also help you increase your driving skill. You can drive the car to the main attractions within minutes or take a good walk if you like. It would also be greater if the radiators could be used in the early spring when the weather is still a bit cold for people coming from a hot country.
There are some comments about the stairs to the room. Yes, there are. But the host clearly mentions it. Please think of it as a good way to take exercise. :)

The house had everything we generally needed. Having a parking space for the car was great. It's in a great location.
It would be better if there were a dishwasher. The bathroom is low for tall people.
