The location was perfect. It was a beautiful area and it felt safe to walk and park my car.
The staff most especially Ansu was incredible and I couldnt have asked for a better stay.
So grateful.
Unfortunately noticed some small bugs in the bed but once identified we were immediately moved out of that room and the room was cleaned! Ansu couldnt apologise anymore and honestly the situation was dealt with amazingly. To make it clear no one was to blame.

It was in a lovely residential area. The property itself was beautiful. The house manager Ansu was very attentive and the rest of the staff very friendly. There are locked garages to park in but best to book beforehand.
The pool was difficult for me as an older person to get into but there was plenty of furniture to sit around the pool.

Great rooms, clean, bottled water supplied in the rooms
No normal TV channel, all smart TV and one has to login. Location was a bit further than I anticipated to travel to the ICC everyday
