I felt comfortable for the 2 days.

Room only facility.Nice room size. Cofe/Tea station provided. Friendly staff.

A few tiny nails in the floor sticking out. Celing light in bathroom did not work BUT was repaird quickly upon request. Towel rail was a bit loose but not bad.

I had a terrible experience a sad one someone tried to open my door, though he was drunk. Noisy

Jacko was a little at service

They need to improve in their security and the house keeper should be available in terms of need. The trees made too much noise I could barely sleep. The security is extremely poor. The place need a lot of work. Corridor security cameras a land line. Trees around the pool needs to be cut down it make bad noise. I book for 2 nights but I slept there for just a night and slept at a friend’s place the following night and came back to pack my stuff to the airport. I really wish a part of my money will be refunded. My heart was bitten throughout my stay.

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review about a place but personally I will never set at that place ever

Location and that’s it

Nothing seemed to be working. The pool was out of service for the duration of our stay, the rooms don’t have an air-con however we offered a very loud fan which I guess was better than nothing. The bar fridge was leaking and some of our food got ruined, the tv in our room did not work and when we were given one the following day which is a smart tv it had no channels whatsoever, so I was unable to watch any sport. The shower is the smallest I have ever been in, barely room to turn around, the room was not properly cleaned, cutlery was not the cleanest. The whole experience was appalling.

It was 10 min walk to camps bay and the restaurants and coffees good emplacement

I didn't like the fact that i had to pay additional fees for arriving late and i did not have a choice my plane landed late. Very bad WIFI

Jacko is a star, super friendly and kind. The decor and anesthetics look and feel is beautiful and appealing. Never worried about safety, the place safe and secure. Not once did we worry about our safety. Clean and well maintained.

Navigation the TV channels is a difficult.
