Position, condition of whole furniture and fixtures. Quite, clean and generaly cozy and hommy.

Only one thing, AC temp was stucked od 23c due electricity saving policy. It was little bit coldish (middle of April).

Well located spacious apartment - must be wonderful in summer!

Clean, modern, well equipped, right around the corner from the train station but in a quiet street and with windows overlooking the inner courtyard (more like a standard Italian concrete house-well though). Flawless fast communication. Self-check-in. 10 min walk into the city centre, groceries and a selection of breakfast cafes and bars right around the corner.

A bit cold in winter months - heating only in the bathroom (or I was not smart enough to figure out how to switch the air-cons into heating mode). The apartment is stylish but not very "comfortable", large empty spaces, no hooks and few shelves in the bathroom, relatively dim lighting in the living room, new but minimalistic kitchen utensils (selected for style, not utility).

Very good

Check-in instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The apartment is clean, with comfortable bed and simple kitchen for easy cooking (equipped with essentials like oil, salt and pepper). There is AC but the apartment kept stable temperature during the whole day. I have to also confirm the internet is indeed fast. We were with contact with the staff during the stay and all of them were very helpful and reactive.

Downside is the storage: the bedroom would deserve a a low cabinet or something. Also, if you travel with a dog, beware that the only green area nearby to go is the little park in front of the train stain station which does not attract the best crowd.

Nice well located quiet apartment

It is a nicely refurbished apartment. It is well equipped and despite being located in the interior of a big "palazzo" it has a lot of natural light through two big windows that can open fully or half. Good shower and an impressive bed. Modern well equipped mini-kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals, even a Nespresso-type coffee machine capsules and all. It is a really quite apartment.

I'd have liked to have a better place for my clothes than a rail behind the living room door, although it perfectly served the needs for my three day stay. Those that, like me, are awaken by morning light, get a face mask, light enters the bedroom from early hours (I stayed in mid June)

It was really uncomplicated to get there, apartment was really clean - we also got some coffee cups in the kitchen - perfect stay

Parking in front of the building is possible bu it is hard to get a free space, we took the advise from the owner to use the parkhouse nearby this was really easy and costs 11€/day

Great stay, excelent location!

Great location, you step out of the apartment and everything is close, the center, bars, stores, sea.. The apartment is spacy and very simple and modern, enjoyed the stay :)

non consiglio questa struttura, soprattutto per la doccia, e per l'impossibilità di avere aiuto.

la posizione perfetta per gli appuntamenti. cucina pulita. comodo da raggiungere a piedi e deposito bagagli vicino

doccia fredda gelida la prima sera. impossibile contattare o avere aiuto da nessuno. scopriamo che un boiler serve più appartamenti e ci viene detto di avere pazienza. Io arrivo alle undici dopo una giornata estenuante di lavoro e un viaggio di cinque ore e voglio farmi una doccia. Non è stato possibile. Poi i giorni seguenti era bollente, non regolabile (Non funzionava la doccia, peraltro mezza rotta e non ben pulita ). Grave. Poi abbiamo avuto l'impressione che al piano di sopra ci fosse qualche cosa che produceva rumore, come un cigolio continuo, molto disturbante, e snervante. Schiamazzi notturni sempre al piano di sopra si sono calmati dopo che ho minacciato di chiamare i vigili. ma MOLTO MOLTO faticoso interloquire e avere assistenza ( che di fatto NON abbiamo avuto ). Niente doccia per tre notti non è un buon risultato.

Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist top. Aber leider nicht sauber.

Die Dusche nicht richtig sauber. Man konnte mit dem Fuß den „Dreck“ wegwischen. Professionelle Reinigung war aus auf jeden Fall nicht. Staubig im Schlafzimmer: auf den Hängelampen und der Bilderleiste. Bilder etwas ramponiert ( Rückenteil lose vom Rahmen). Keine Kommode oder Schrank vorhanden. Die Nachbarn oben drüber waren unfassbar laut. Bis um 0:20 Uhr wurde rumgelaufen, etwas hin und her verschoben. Und früh morgens ging’s weiter mit der Lautstärke. Man hört aber keine Stimmen?!?! Der Fernseher ging nicht.

Idelne miejsca dla aktywnych podróżników korzystających z publicznego transportu!

Miejsce jest genialne. Cichutkie, chociaż w samym centrum. 5 minut z buta od dworca kolejowego, autobusowego i przystanku woelu miejskich autobusów, mniej niż kwadrans od epicentrum wszystkiego. Szybki i stabilny internet, jeśli trzeba trochę popracować. Dużo miejsca i w sypialni i w salonie. W aneksie kuchennym jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótko pobyt. Klimatyzacja działa, okna na patio pozwalają przewietrzyć w sposób naturalny, a jest cichutko.

Właściciel - bardzo sympatyczny - zaplanował kilka drobnych napraw, więc następni goście nie będą już mieć obluzowanego uchwytu prysznicowego:)

L’appartamento è più piccolo di quanto indicato. È un seminterrato con affacci su una corte sporca. L’acqua calda sufficiente per due brevi docce. Il divano letto scomodo e poco pulito.

Cuando llegamos estaban arreglando toda la entrada, lo cual se escuchaba mucho desde dentro. La casa esta diseñada por gente que nunca vivio dentro, por lo que cosas basicas como las lamparas de la habitacion, son muy molestas y para nada comodas
