This accomodation was a bad choice
The owner let me in a lot earlier than the check-in time - thank you for that again
My stay was extremely uncomfortable. The main and massive issue is extreme loud noise, starting from early evening and lasting until really late every night, not only weekend, till 3-4am. This is not the usual "downtown" noise of a busy tourist street, no way. Even with all windows closed it was inpossible to sleep: lots and lots of people sit in bars outside right under your 4 windows, all along house walls, both sides of the house-corner, drinking laughing shouting singing, all night long. Plus very loud music from a loudspeaker which is put into the opened window of one of the bars. I didn't get almost any sleep at all, having to work each day from 7 am. Got almost nothing done as I was so exausted the whole time. There is no heating in the bathroom and there is a ventilation-hole with a big gap in the exterior wall, see photo. So with 6°C outside you had the same 6° inside, plus the noise as though people were talking inside the apartment. Very weak water pressure in the shower. Nowhere to put your shower gel and shampoo inside the shower. Nothing in the kitchen except gas stove and mini-nespresso machine with couple of capsuls. Leftovers from other guests in cupboards. Not clean either, but this was the least bad thing, I just cleaned myself. Starting from day 2 there were 2 dogs in the apartment next door (mutual wall), who barked for like 10 minutes long each time I went out or came in. TV is not connected to anything, and can only be used for "tablet-mirroring" as the owner told me (there is no TV on the wall like on the Booking photos). TV could have helped to kill time while not being able to sleep...
The owner may be a nice person, but this doesn't change the fact that this accomodation was a really bad choice. Might be a good idea for him to spend a couple of nights there by himself, maybe he would then get what "extremely noisy" means.

A really enjoyable visit to the beautiful city of Trieste .
A bright airy apt in beautiful old building and so close to everything . A great location .
Only problem was it got a bit noisy at night sometimes from local bars , but it was worth it to be right in the centre and so close to trains and buses also .

Perfect stay in a nice cozy apartment.
Everything was perfect for me. The apartment is very clean, centrally located a few steps away from Piazza Unita D’Italia- ( Trieste main city square) it is within walking distance to the cruise port. The building has a small elevator that works very efficiently. The door can be securely locked from the inside to avoid someone else from opening the door from the outside. To me this additional security was very important because I’m a solo traveler.
It does not have a microwave, to me this was not a big issue because I was able to warm up my food in a pot, but to others it may be an issue.

The location is very good. The room is clean, good space, well designed and correct as published.
Lack of a few easy items e.g. there s no kettle and we cannot use the stove because no lighter to start the fire. The staff was not available by the time we appointed but finally he sent someone to help instead.

Schöne Tage in Triest - auch bei Regen!
Große, helle Wohnung im 3. Stock (mit Lift). Abends etwas laut, aber die Fenster halten den Lärm draußen. Lage ist hervorragend, nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jede Menge Lokale sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Parkhaus in der Nähe.
Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist etwas dürftig. Anleitung für die Klimaanlage hätte uns Zeit erspart.

L'appartamento è in una posizione favolosa, a due passi da Piazza dell'Unità e la zona Cavana. La stanza era pulita e molto confortevole, e il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Raccomandatissimo!

Apartament w centrum miasta, wszędzie jest blisko. Na przystanek jest kilka minut na nogach a na dworzec główny około 10min pieszo. Apartament bardzo czysty, z pełnym wyposażeniem, klimatyzacja itp.

Nette Wohnung, aber nächtlicher Lärm kaum auszuhalten.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral! Man ist mitten in der Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet. Alles hat funktioniert. Alles war sauber. Der Vermieter hat klare Angaben gemacht und war freundlich.
WLAN vorhanden.
Warnung: Diese Wohnung ist nur für Menschen geeignet, die selber gerne Party machen!
Am Wochenende ist es sehr laut direkt unterhalb der Wohnung! Die Fenster können den Lärm nicht ausreichend dämmen. Es wird in den Gassen gegessen, getrunken und auch sehr laut live oder aus Boxen Musik abgespielt! Bis weit nach Mitternacht. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wie es während der Woche ist. Für ruhebedürftige Menschen eine Katastrophe!
