Lot of communication gaps. We booked for two and bedding were arranged for 1. No one was responded on Sat and Sunday on request of additional bedding. Later we have been asked to pay additional money for second bedding.

Clean and very useful studio, modern look and amenities. Could’ve been more comfortable in the heat. And darker.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Good location for work. Smooth checkin.

Host said they’d bring a fan but never did and it was very hot. My room was just in front of the train station so difficult to keep the windows open in the heat because of the noise. Also hard to get it dark enough.

如果晚上能有人及时处理问题，排水问题改善好，我明年参加法兰克福展的时候还是愿意过来入住的。

因晚上到的，需要自助入住，但是给不同客人的钥匙都放在一个密码盒子里，导致一个客人拿错钥匙，其它客人的钥匙就都可能拿错。应该多设立一些钥匙密码盒子。住处的排水系统非常不好，我们总共住了4个房间，有2个房间出现了洗手间排水堵塞，导致水流进房间的情况。晚上没有前台人员可以直接沟通，有问题需要拨打紧急电话。8点发现的下水道堵塞溢水问题，打紧急电话等了一个小时，才有人来处理。下水道的水很臭，来疏通的人员只能疏通，不能给我们换房间。我们早上8点要去赶飞机，维修到快晚上12点了才修好，房间还有下水道的味道。工作人员说没法换房间，要等第2天白天的工作人员来上班才可以。这很糟糕。虽然后续前台说这个房间可以给予优惠，但这也无法改变晚上没有现场工作人员及时处理问题而导致极大的不便。其它的都还挺好，交通方便，隔音效果也好。
