Very festive

Lovely Christmas decorations inside and outside. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast had a good selection although the hot food was all taken and there were no black tea bag’s left. They had Sekt which was great but it was flat.

The pillow made my back ache which woke me several times. Parking was expensive (€18 for a day). Noise from the corridor traveled so people walking to and down the stairs could be heard clearly in the room. Someone showering in the room above woke me as you could hear the water running through our room.

Perfectly nice stay in a classical German style hotel - very family friendly.

Spacious for family and with great access to restaurants and the local park. Easy to find parking and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too!

Hotel staff are super nice and friendly, the room is very clean, the hotel is located very close to the town city which is convenient, there is parking slots in the street, hotel also has a garage. The only drawback is that I am allergic to the handsoap in the hotel room , but this is because I am allergic to perfume and this is not the hotels problem.

I would certainly stay there again. It is quiete, clean and an excellent location.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating since I was not travelling for pleasure and had a very strict and long schedule. They also provided arrangements for an excellent service to the airport on a tight schedule. The location is exceptional towards park, rehab clinics and downtown.

Quiet room, comfortable bed

We were asked if we would like breakfast. If we had booked it via booking.com it would have cost 10 euros each. The man at the desk tried to charge us 20 euros each! For a buffet breakfast! Then got cross because we refused to pay that much. The description on booking.com said the breakfast buffet was complimentary so somebody needs to decide exactly what is on offer and how much it is. 40 euros for 2 breakfasts??? I think not!

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Gave us a room upgrade for free for no reason and booked our taxi for us. The room was huge and was clean, comfortable, and more than worth the price.

A wonderful experience of feeling at home away from home.

The rich and beautifully displayed breakfast buffet featured all kinds of food. Especially I, as vegan, was happy to find a variety of plant-based milk, a lot of different fruit, seeds and dry fruit. The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! The staff is ready to help with all kinds of questions and problems, they are simply amazing!

Fantastic breakfast, great variety and excellent value. Location is central with parks and shopping on your doorstep. Our room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Every staff member was welcoming, polite, helpful and went over and beyond to make our stay an pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfort to know we have Comfort in BadHomburg

Great breakfast for an additional cost. Coffee in the room was welcome. Liked the home like appearance and all those lovely plants. Shower was invigorating. Staff were excellent- great given we are recovering from a Covid shut down.

Lift was a bit small.
