GLORIOUS STAY! PERFECT LOCATION! COZY, BEAUTIFUL AND SUPERB STAFF!!!!

This hotel is THE BEST! Communication with front desk was beyond helpful....they were thorough and soooo helpful. This hotel is directly in front of the Kurpark that is simply a TREASURE to walk...Fall leaves are breathtaking! They also help you with transportation to and from the Frankfurt airport. The company they used is also OUTSTANDING. Lovely breakfast! Beautiful rooms! Central to the main walking area in the main part of Bad Homburg. We want to thank all the staff. A big thank you to Adina & Bridget!

Great two night stay

Great location to large park across the street and less than ten minute walk to a downtown area with bars and restaurants. Reception was great... helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Had a room in the back building, 2nd floor... note, you will need to carry your bags up some stairs. The room was great... a three person room with the little balcony. Nothing bad to say... would stay here again.

Disappointing - no room servicing provided and additional payment for cleaning on departure

The apartment is nice and in a lovely location across from the park. One of the bedrooms was very pleasant, with good storage.

We booked the apartment for 9 nights. Note that there are no pictures of the second bedroom at all when we booked. This room is an attic room. It has a very narrow spiral staircase (extremely difficult when carrying anything, and almost impossible with a large bag) and minimal clearance if you are tall. Behind the apartment is the carpark for large aged care facility so there are ongoing deliveries and movement from the early hours – every day. There was also construction underway on the neighbouring facility during our stay. This was so loud at times that it disrupted sleep. There is no A/C so it was stifling in the attic room, its not possible the have the main window open without some noise and bright flight from the aged care facility. Unlike most similar accommodation, no fans were provided. Despite all information provided stating the apartment would be cleaned/serviced every two days, the situation that really dampened our stay was that we were adamantly informed by reception that there was no cleaning/servicing of the room provided for the apartment and it was 30 euros extra if we wanted it. We stress that we had already paid up front for this service, as cleaning fee was a line item in the invoice for our booking on booking.com. We did have our towels changed and the floor in the attic room cleaned after an unpleasant exchange with the receptionist. We avoided further interaction during our stay as it was such a sour note in an otherwise wonderful town. Note we were also reminded close to check out that there is a requirement for cleaning upon departure, this is in the fine print of the booking and no actual cost is listed. WIFI was patchy and we were unable to make WhatsApp calls.

Nice, but would not do in summer again, given lack of AC

The location was great, right next to the Park. Parking was free. Breakfast was nice. Great Wi-Fi, for people who need to work.

It does not have AC; that was my error, which I overlooked. However, it was August and hot, and the room under the roof had zero airflow. The staff gave us a ventilator upon asking, otherwise we could not have stayed. But apart from the fact that there is no AC, the ventilation of the house could have been managed better, given that it was so hot. The windows in the staircase towards the other side of the house were all closed, and the sun kept heating that space up even further, instead of using the window front to allow some airflow.

Shows style of past times, but is well kept and comfortable

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm sorry the morning receptionist felt a bit nervous in her interaction with me - she was intrinsically also very friendly and the result of our interaction was perfect anyways. Our rooms were quiet and the internet worked, the bed was comfortable and there was a decent hairdryer, which I really appreciate. Thank you for the little sweat welcome treat.

the room was spacious, warm and practical. we had enough space to put our luggage. the beds and the mattresses were super comfy. breakfast was decent, lady working at the breakfast area was very sweet and helpful. location is very central, close to the park for a beautiful walk by the lake and to the center.

Wonderful old building with quiet rooms and parking. Bad Homburg is one of the most beautiful towns in Germany, we enjoyed the stay close to the park and center and being able to walk around.

The room didnt have a big window but it was very quiet, we heard many birds.
