Good to stay.

Breakfast was good but there wasn’t enough staff to serve. Room was big and spacious. The hotel is close to the train station that connects main city’s direct train stations.

Room was never cleaned up during whole 3 nights stay. That was really awful. Heating system didn’t work in the room. We had to wait long for breakfast to be served on last day.

Good hotel and friendly personnel, but some issues need to improve.

Breakfast was good. WiFi did not work, the signal was too weak. I told this to the personnel.

The bathtub was dangerous, you could slip there when showering. There must be a railing to keep fast. The sewer did not work properly.

Big, spacious and comfortable room Well-cleaned

- We were served spoiled food for breakfast! Joghurts were over the expiration date, watermelon was rotten - as well as the apples. No coffee was served. - Check in was problematic, reception rarely open. - Thin walls, we could hear people from other rooms - Darkness everywhere, including the parking lot - cost-cutting measures visible on each corner

Прекрасный отель! Чистота потрясающая. Все было очень комфортно. Мы прибыли раньше времени заезда и нас заселили без проблем. Это было очень приятно. Один номер большой и второй поменьше были уютно обставлены. Кровати очень удобные. Косметика для душа и умывания и салфетки были очень кстати !!!! Завтрак вполне достойный. Нам очень понравилось. Всем рекомендуем

Sehr sauberes, relativ großes Zimmer, angenehm eingerichtet. Picobello Bad. Toplage am Kurpark => Bahnhof, Innenstadt usw. bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hotel in günstiger Lage am Kurpark, gut geeignet für kurze Aufenthalte

Wir haben das Hotel nahe am Kurpark gewählt, weil wir in der Nähe Familie und Freunde getroffen haben. Es liegt im Grünen. Anfang der 1980er Jahr gebaut ist es eine Zeitkapsel auch bezüglich Einrichtung, z.B. hübsche Plastikblumen und Moose allenthalben, Der Empfang war freundlich und leicht vor der angegeben Zeit möglich.

Das Frühstück für 15€ pro Person war unterdurchschnittlich. Natürlich wird man satt. Aber dafür 30€ Aufpreis zum Zimmerpreis von 108€ ist bemerkenswert. Selbst die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer kostet 3 € extra. Auch für den Parkplatz, der bei weitem nicht ausgelastet war, sind 9€ extra fällig. Das Außengelände wuchert langsam zu und vermittelt nicht den Eindruck eines gepflegten Ensembles einer gehoben Preisklasse.

War sehr nah an der Therme. Schöner Park zum Spazieren gehen. Kommen vll wieder vorbei, Parkplatz vor der Türe. Für eine Nacht völlig ok.

Frühstücksbüffet war sehr leer. Erst nach Nachfragen wurden Semmeln neu aufgebacken. Rühreier waren auch leer, mussten auch erst frisch gemacht werden, die Bedienung war nicht sehr erfreut darüber. Wurst und Käseplatte wurden erst auf Nachfragen aufgefüllt.

Seit drei Jahren fahre ich immer nach Bad Homburg und fühle mich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.
