Clean. Good location near to the university campus, and perfectly good for a short stay. Staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast (especially the bread / pastries) could be improved.

Staff, Wifi and Rooms have been excellent. All clean and cosy.
Noisy Location and no Aircon in the Hotel. So in the night you could decide between sweating or open the window and getting the noise.
Lunch and Breakfast where very bland and lacked taste.
