Charming hotel for a great price

Much better than I expected. The guy at the front was extremely accommodating and personable - even helped us carry heavy luggage up the stairs - there were drinks and chocolates left in our room, and the room was bigger and more moder than it looks in the pictures

The only downsides were that there was no microwave in the room, and the bus close to it was infrequent (not the hotel's fault)

Looking for a home away from home ? - here it is !

It is a family run hotel - and this is felt throughout. If you believe customer service is dead, visit this place. The family is exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We had a car breakdown and stayed at the hotel - reserved 10min before arrival and needed an extra day - even though the place was fully booked, something was arranged. It is simply an incredible value for money. Breakfast is very nice with a wonderful touch of the background of the family.

Nothing -- if in Obereusel again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyable stay.

Good central and quiet location 20 mins (by car) or so from the airport. Welcoming hosts who made sure we were comfortable and had all we required. Definitely recommend this to anyone who is around the area of the airport.

Great value for the area. We felt like we got a good deal with comfortable beds, great wifi.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The price was good. They had bottled water and a few pieces of chocolate in the bedroom when we arrived. We appreciated the mini fridge and the wireless phone charger. We found free parking on the street. They provide breakfast for a fee if needed. The room was large and the wifi was strong.

I didn't see shampoo provided in the shower.

No lift. Not very cozy atmosphere in the common areas or the neighbourhood of the hotel, but if you're just looking for a good hotel close the highway, it's perfect.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir benötigten kurzfristig ein zusätzliches Zimmer (telefonische Anfrage) uns wurde ein Drei- Bettzimmer angeboten, bei Anreise stand ein EZ zur Verfügung, hat uns sehr gefreut! Die Einzelbetten haben eine schöne Größe 1,20 x 2,00 und haben sehr gute Matratzen! Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Nespresso Maschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden und können kostenfrei genutzt werden.

Das Hotel benötigt dringend ein paar Arbeiten im Flur des Empfangsbereiches. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung könnte aber etwas ansprechender präsentiert werden. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum geht man etwa 25 min.. Der Begriff Residenz ist etwas irreführend.
